Damaged product has been delivered to me. 18 days back requested for return pick up. But still waiting for damaged product to b picked up. No proper response from customer care agents and floor manager. It’s horrible and frustrating.
Bought a set of 5 cushion covers online from home centre only 4 were delivered I was told I would get a replacement in 48 hours which never happened. Later on calling them up I was told they had no such policy of replacement. After that I have not heard from them itโs been over 20 days. Extremely frustrating. At least call and tell me whatโs happening but no courtesy.
I purchased an end table from homecentre which was delivered defective. The concerned person took pics and placed a return request. There is no response from homecentre after that. Even after constant follow ups and mails, am told backend is looking it. They aren’t giving any contact to talk to them. After some constant follow ups another person came to visit and still nothing happened. Not happy at all.
I had ordered a wardrobe on 19th March which was pre delivered on 21st March . I requested the delivery guys not to deliver as due to COVID-19 we could not accept any delivery so they left in the society premises and left.
We had to get up to my flat on 11th floor forcibly as we could not leave it down.
I sent a return request on 23rd March and have been following up since then and till today I have not received any solution. I hv now been told that return request is rejected.
Also please note that due to oversight I paid 29000 for a 22000 wardrobe. I asked yo install if they cannot take it back and refund the balance amount. No response on the same also.

This message is to bring your kind notice regarding the inferior quality of the furniture supplied by your reputed store at home centre gurgaon .It has been three months ( Sofa Broken Under warranty ) now and its really disappointing for us as a customer who purchases goods from reputed stored with high expectation but shattered by the service which is provided by the store. I am the unfortunate one who had purchased faith sofa bed which is broken now within the warranty but due to lack of communication ,I was able to communicate a week later when time frame of warranty had expired due to some personnel emergency my family was out of town. I had communicated with all possible source which can rectify my issue but all in vain so, lastly I had only option left to mail .The bed sofa I had purchased last year in month of october invoice number as (1030008232) to amend the issue I would like a replacement of my faith sofa bed or send the company carpenter to repair it as your earliest convenience by end of this year.As I dont trust outside carpenter I hope you will not disappoint me and rectify my issue and look into the matter earliest.

As far as customer satisfactioin goes this customer care at Homecentre is lacking. Nobody in authority available to address customer complaints which are not addressed satisfactorily by Customer Care centre. Mails sent by customers are rarely read. A reply is given only when customer ask them to check mails. No complaint No. given to customers.
My order No: 9938866210. Product delivered on 18 July 2018. Complaint raised for faulty product on same day. Subsequently have called Customer Care 14 times. Have mailed them copy of the inspection form carried by representatives who visited to check faulty product.
Could I speak to people resopnsible for running this setup.
The interaction and experience was good only till the time work had not started. I think the whole logic of outsourcing the work to Lifestyle was only because of the fact that we both were working and did not have time to go through all the day to day hassles but then nothing of that sort happened and we probably ended up spending more time coordinating with your coordinator who was supposed to coordinate everything. We had given him all the society contacts for electrical and civil work but even then we were the ones who were always coordinating amongst the group and work not at all moved without our interference. We used to put up in Mayur Vihar which is a good 17 km from where work was supposed to be carried and we literally used to visit the site daily before work to review the work and also to instruct the guys which was supposed to be your work. Your coordinator should have been at the site and ensure the instructions were followed but he never turned up without reminders and because of his irresponsible behavior we had to pay extra for civil work because he was never there when work was carried out and then at times the output was not what was expected which ultimately resulted in rework (and additional cost for us). We were committed to 14th June delivery in all aspects but even today wardrobes are not complete because the requirement was gathered correctly and few slabs are missing in the finished material received for wardrobes. Few suggestions of your team were not correct when designing/finalising the lay out for kitchen โ they are professionals and we were relying on them to guide us and now when have got the finished product it looks ridiculous. The guys who came to set up the wardrobes were so arrogant and rude that we had to literally asked them to stop the work and leave and then we were expecting the coordination team to come back with a solution to them the problem but nobody turned up or even called to check the status โ we had to call them to check the status
Your overall model of advance payment is absolutely wrong because your team is not at all professional and after making all the payment the customer is literally at your mercy for work. We would have cancelled the contract if we would not have paid the entire amount because the experience has been horrendous and it never felt we were getting it done from lifestyle or someone professional in the field. I think outsourcing the work to a local contractor would not have caused this much inconvenience and even if it had then we would have been mentally prepared with our expectations
We chose lifestyle over vendors but we would never recommend anyone
Itโs been a complete disappointment and we seek explanation and compensation for all the inconvenience and stress we have gone through for past 2 months
Poor after sales service from Home Centre. My complaint has not been resolved properly. I had on 25/06/17 purchased a Montoya brand Dining Table from your store in the Phoenix Market City.

I have registered a complaint that the leg of one of the chairs has got broken and needs replacement as the product is under warranty.
To my utter dismay and shock after visiting the store as well as giving proper feedback to your persons I was informed on phone that the product cannot be replaced. There was no proper reasoning as to why the chair which is within warranty could not be replaced or repaired.
After regular follow up one person had come to our house and seen the items and advised that he shall inform about the same and shall get the same compliant resolved. He had taken some photographs and also checked other items and had done some tightening works on the bench supplied along with the chairs. We had also complained about the poor quality of upholstery for which one person came with some solutions and try to clean the same . However the solution used further damaged the upholstery and right now it is in bad shape. The photographs of the same has been given to the mechanic who has come. This issue was just after we bought the product.
The contention of customer care person is that we have already used the product for more than 310 days and warranty is not acceptable . He also after lot of arguments he also stated that the report of the mechanic is that the product has been damaged by the us.
Kindly look into the issue and resolve the same immediately. Already we are without a chair and finding it difficult. Enough evidence is there to prove that the product has become defective. I have purchased many items from Home Centre and shall now stop the same if the case is not resolved.
This is with reference to invoice No. 1030014277 wherein I had ordered and paid for delivery of port clair naples brown 3 seater and 2 seater sofa. This sofa was selected by us at your outlet/store in DLF City Centre, M.G.Road, Gurgaon. I had paid in cash and was informed that delivery will take place later on. Today the sofa was delivered at my residence. However it is not the same sofa which we had had ordered in the store. The sofa is not the same what we had ordered in the store. The colour is not brown but beige. The sofa fabric is also different from what we had seen and ordered. The seat cushion is very soft. The seat cushion of the sofa which we had selected was hard but the one delivered to us is very soft. In a nutshell, what we had ordered was not delivered to us. Kindly do the needful at your end expeditiously and replace the sofa delivered with the one we had ordered. In fact when we had ordered the sofa it was on display in your showroom but the salesman informed us that the whole set is not available at that point of time and hence will be delivered to us after some time. However we were delivered a completely different sofa than the one ordered by us at the showroom.
