About Hindware
In 1960, Rajendra K. Somany established Hindustan Twyfords, in collaboration with Twyfords Ltd. of UK. This company would later be known as HSIL Limited (formerly Hindustan Sanitaryware & Industries Limited) and would grow to become one of India’s major bathroom fitting and solutions companies, with over 40 million satisfied customers. Hindware is the flagship brand of HSIL Limited. In fact, this pioneering company was the first to introduce a number of products in India such as vitreous china ceramics (with the help of a technical collaboration with Twyfords Ltd) and later the first waterless urinal in the country. The company’s corporate office is located in Gurgaon, with eight regional offices and four manufacturing units covering the length and breadth of the country.

1) My Service Request: AF002323
Mr.Dharmender Mishra attended my complaint on 6th June, 18and after completing formality of photos and videos recommended my case for replacement of two washbasins but on 14th June, 18, a message received – SMS that we are unable to accommodate your warranty claim against above referred service request. On what basis you have rejected my claim. Hindware company is not having trust on their own person – Mr.Dharmender who attended and recommended replacement. He also admits that washbasins has manufacturing defect.
2) My Service Request No. AF023940
Mr.Sumit again visited my house and took some photos and videos and again recommended for replacement of washbasins as he saw that washbasins have gone rough and crack marks on washbasins also have manufacturing defect. On 16th June, 2018, a message is received that you case has been recommended to respective dept. for further action/replacement. On 18th June, 18, a message is received that it will take additional time to resolve the issue/case. On 19th June, 18, a message is received that your request has not been approved. On what basis it has been rejected, I want to know.
It is a case of fraud if company is not replacing the washbasins as the company is giving 10 years guarantee. Company-Hindware is not entertaining or admitting fault that washbasins from inside has gone rough or glazing has gone rough or have manufacturing defect or inner portion is having crack marks after using one and half month(s).
If company intends to visit again and again, the scenario will not change. I will complaint to the higher authorities also, if company is not replacing my washbasins.
If company is not entertaining/replacing my washbasins I will go to the court and claim for replacement of washbasins, claim for damage and for mental harassment also.
I am having original bill of both the washbasins. One of them I have purchased from M/s Amit & Co., Noida and another from M/s Adya Tiles, Jagatpuri, Delhi.
If the Management intends to see review(s) about company, company is named as Hindware fraud company on net. If any one intends to contact to officials of company, he can not contact. If any one mail(s) to company, proper response is not received.
We have made full advance payment to your Dealer Aryan Ceramics in thane, yesterday . But to our surprise we have not been delivered the goods. The dealer promised us the delivery in morning but even now, we have not received the material.
I am a regular customer of Hindware at Indore And believing in your brand , searched this dealership online.
This is really funny that a brand like Hindware ,the dealers are not keeping the stock. I dont think this practice is in the interest of the company Business.
The dealer told us to make full payment only then he ordered to the company for my requirements. We told them any model will do but Delivery was to happen yesterday only.
The dealer has taken full payment from us, not made the delivery to us and because of that our work at my residence at Thane got held up. We have atleast made 10 calls in the day from morning.
In such a situation, we are planning to buy some other company product that is readily available.
