Would you like to have your supermarket items delivered to your doorstep without actually having to go to the supermarket? Well with grofers you can. Grofers is one of the leading grocery shopping app in India that allows you to shop on the move for fresh fruits and vegetables. The company was founded by Mr. Albinder Dhindsa and Mr. Saurabh Kumar in 2013. Grofers currently has its presence in some 27 cities across India.
Through the app, one can look for grocery, fruits, vegetables and other household products. The app will then list the nearest store that can deliver the same. Grofers picks up the items and delivers within an hour or two. There are over 20,000 products listed, from fresh fruits and vegetables, to cosmetics, electronics, bread and bakery items, flowers, baby care products, personal care products, pet products and much more. Grofers has its presence in major cities such as Agra, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chennai, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Mumbai, to list a few.
The process is simple and easy, so why go to the supermarket and local market when you can sleep in late on Saturday mornings? All you do is visit the app, select the items you want to buy and checkout. Grofers will do the rest. Additionally you do not have to worry about delivery fees as it is free for values above a certain amount. Also, refund if necessary is fast and prompt. Payments can be made through credit/debit card, net banking and even cash on delivery.
So you are all set, but wait you have forgotten an item. Then do not panic, it is simple, just give the customer care desk a call and they will amend your list if you have already checked out. You can alternatively send the Grofers customer care an email and a representative will respond to your concerns. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the products that were delivered, no need to worry, the company will replace the product immediately without any hassle. All you need to do is contact the service desk and the rest will be taken care.
Very unhappy with the quality. I had ordered a Palmolive body wash, and the quantity of the item delivered was half empty in the bottle. I tried to call the customer care but I was put on hold and never attended.
I had ordered a dozen brown eggs, but after opening 3eggs which were all bad I have left them. Have tried calling customer care a number of times I am put on hold and after some time disconnected. Very very poor customer care service.
Only the 1st time was good, thereafter only going down in every respect. You can never get thru CC so who do you complain to??
Many House wives are not familiar using NET so to whom do they complain. How to get the items replaced or returned??
Why the previous credit amount is deducted from the next order and billed accordingly??
The same Sodexco card, can work within two hrs why not with you?? Is your staff carrying faulty machine and blaming the client that there is no balance or just want cash?? what if the client is not having required cash at home?? Last on inquiring with CC only one CC No. of Delhi is working which is not toll free,The Pune CC is not working or not updated, still the list goes on, If I get a satisfying reply maybe will continue shopping with Grofers or else GOODBYE.
I ordered first time, and was feeling good. Then it says that order will be delivered after 35 Hours, the next day evening. There was a discount scheme for New Customers, it was not given to me and 20% is a good scheme, but was not given in the final billing. Delivery will happen the next day, we don’t order Vegetables and wait for delivery the next day. I am sure that there is a lot of scope for improvement. Disappointed.
This is not as expected I will mark complaint against you if my issue is not addressed in short time everytime it happens that we wait for order and then what happen is some items are not available or some items are such a bad that needs to be throw … Now I will escalate this issue to social media as well if no action is taken by your side …
Since last 4 days my order is being rescheduled. First it was supposed to be delivered on Monday (14/08/2017), thereafter Tuesday (15/08/2017) lastly on Wednesday (16/08/2017) though it has not been delivered till now. Very worst service ever seen. I have got the materials from Justshop24 on the next day on the same day of order to them & Grofers.
One of the worst services ever received. Hopefully should be the last time I order with grofers. Never agin want to be associated with grofers. Yet to receive my order no GR 531657632
