Grande Communications is a Texas-based telecommunications company providing residential and business customers with Internet, telephone and digital cable services. There are separate suite of Internet, TV, and phone services for residential and business customers. There are packages with different features and price points. You can pick a standalone service or a bundle package that offers great value. While Internet-only deals start at $35, there are Internet+TV deals that start at $54. The basic bundled deal gives you 300 Mbps Internet and access to over 40 TV channels with HD. The $109 deal gives you speeds of up to 940 Mbps, home HD, DVR powered by TiVo and access to over 245 TV channels. You can add a phone to any of these plans for just $13 per month. It gives you nationwide calling to anywhere in the US, as well as Mexico and Canada. There are also 16 calling features like caller ID, call waiting, call forwarding, and auto redial. The costs vary according to region.
The most basic Internet plan starts at $29/month and offers Internet speed of 50 Mbps. There are no contracts required for activation. The cable TV as well come in different plans and includes HD quality viewing, cable equipment and free installation. The channel lineup is published on the website. Plans can be ordered online using major credit cards. If you are not completely satisfied with the service, you can claim a refund within 30 days of activation.
Existing customers can login to MyGrande account to view and manage services. Want to request a technician’s visit? You can schedule an appointment as well online. To know your bill, the MyGrande account gives you easy access to same. Customers can pay their bills, sign up for paperless billing and set up recurring payments. Payment online can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. Other alternatives include paying thorough the automated phone system, paying in person or sending a check by mail. Managing services and paying bills can also be done through MyGrande smartphone app.

I just received my October bill and it went up almost $15 per month. If I quit your service for even one month I can come back at a lower rate as a new customer. I do not think you want me to quit and I may not be entitled to the lowest rate but about we split the cost to something less for a loyal customer?
Every single month, it’s the same hassle trying to pay my bill. App doesn’t remember my username and I can’t get anyone on the phone in a timely manner. I’m about ready to switch back to Spectrum. At least THEY answer your calls and I can always retrieve forgot username and reset password. But your app doesn’t remember username.
I cannot seem to get to the login spot , an when i do it will not let in. I cannot get to grande2go to my vids. I have been trying for three days. Your syste will not let me log back in to my acct. I have no idea what the problem is, can someone out there help me out,?
