We had a wonderful stay at your hotel – thank you. However my sister was charged an extra $10. We prepaid our accommodation and do not understand this extra charge.
We did borrow a phone charger and returned it to Paul, at the Concierge Desk. When I borrowed it I asked if there was a charge and was told No.

I am writing in to compliment three Grand Corpthorne Waterfront staff for their thoughtful services on 3rd December 2017. They are Loreto Halagao Molabola, Ryan Chen and Mark Anthony Batislaong.
My friends and I were there attending a wedding dinner. Due to some hiccups, there wasn’t sufficient table to enjoy the wedding menu. Hence, we decided to open a table in the banquet hall and order from the ala carte menu. These three staff knew of our predicament and served us some dishes from the wedding dinner menu when there were additional dishes. We are truly appreciative of their thoughtful gestures and great teamwork in making it a even more wonderful dining experience for us.
