Hi,
Today, September 2 was a rough day at Grand Central Station to those of us who were stranded there last night since none of the trains were running. I want to thank the woman who was working the Metro North Information desk in the early morning hours. She was very helpful to those of us who were demanding a lot of answers. I want her to know that I appreciate her help and I was able to take the 7am Greyhound bus to New Haven. Also for future reference it really worked out well as the bus station is attached to the train station at New Haven CT. Our car was very accessible where we parked it at the train station the day before. Again thank you so much for finding us an alternate way to New Haven.
I can’t thank you enough.
Barbara
