I placed an order on November 26 for a Rare Five Star Floral
Hoodie my order number is 31295. I was given an estimated date of shipment for December 18. I sent a request on December 22 to find out when order would ship and was told that someone would call me in a day or two with shipping information and a tracking number. I have not received any response from anyone and today I got my credit card statement and was billed for this order. What is going on with my order?
