This is the SECOND time your new laser ship carrier has failed to deliver my order. Iโve been living here for three years and ordering from gap several times a month because I have no store near me.
I have never had an issue with delivery of packages where I live in my apartment building until now!!
Both times the package had to be returned to you and I had to re-order. This is delayed me receiving my items and is a huge inconvenience. Today when it happened, I demanded my reorder be sent overnight.
I have another order arriving Thursday via LaserShip and I have a feeling it will not arrive here. And for the third time I will have to call and explain the situation.
If you donโt go back to UPS all the time for your shipment carrier, I will no longer be purchasing my clothing from gap.
