In our need to replace our combo oven microwave we were limited because of size we needed. Frigidaire was only supplier. First for over a year we were told not in stock, then when ordered waited 4 months for delivery. We are talking $3800.00 paid up front. Paid extra to have it installed. Ended up the chord was two Feet shorter than oven we replaced. When I contacted Frigidaire they said that was not their problem called who we bought it from. I got a run around for all my questions. Frigidaire made this product. They Don’t stand behind their product nor do they care about your problem.Never buy from a company that does offer solution and blames others. Hour project took 4 plus hours.
I have extended warranty with them. My cooktop dual front burner does not evenly heat. The center is extremely hot while the outer rim barely cooks. It should be replaced and all I get is excuses. It’s a gallery ceramic cooktop radiant heat. Was installed in new home by the builder. This has been going on now for over five months. It’s hard to cook on because it’s the big front burner that I would like to use most of the time. The food in center burns while the good around the edge does not cook.
I have had two new ones since July 1. First one went bad and was replaced on September 7. It quit cooling and repair guy came out on Oct 12 did not have correct part had to order another one came back on Oct 21 wrong part again got to order another one. Been out of refrigerator 1 month.
This is the 3rd review I have ever left in my entire life! We have experienced the same negligence as many of the other customers leaving comments. We have a family of 5, with 3 small children and left without a refrigerator for over 6 months. We bought the commercial size refrigerator for thousands of dollars, which quickly quit cooling after the first month of purchase. Technicians who come at the house say the same thing. It needs to be replaced. Promised to be delivered months ago, I am still trying to get ahold of anyone that will make a move. Just ended a phone call with them to be told… “It appears the last notes in your file were months ago. We put in a request to be contacted, so you will have to call back next week.”
The expensive electrolux fridge we purchased (electrolux is part of Frigidaire) built up so much ice on the back exterior that it froze to the wall. It was at least 2.5 inches thick and there was also ice all along the tubes running down the back. It also was rusted all down the back on that side. When pulling it away from the wall it tore a big hole in the sheetrock. The service person turned the information to the company on April 26; we received a letter from Frigidaire dated April 27, however it wasn’t post marked until May 18th. Their offer was to give us 10% off the purchase of another fridge applying only to their brands & we were to have action taken by May 27. There was no mention of funds to repair our wall and as far as the 10% off, why would I want to buy another one of their refrigerators when the first one caused this kind of damage.
I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator in 2019 at a cost of $800. It was the only one I could get after a Hurricane came through. 2 years and it starts at bottom the gasket on refrigerator door is peeling off. I ordered a new one $167 and it’s on its way. Now the freezer is making noise( fan in back is rattling, humming) off and on. I called customer service they relayed me to a other phone number for repairs. I have extended warranty but now it’s out of warranty $800 of wasted money taken from a widow. How am I to survive to get another on fixed income? I feel cheated. What happened to pride in products and workmanship.
I bought a new fridge in September 2021, wanted two months for install and it quit cooling in May 2022. I’m on my 5th third party technician visit, all agree my unit needs to be replaced but Fridgaire keeps saying they need something else. A final
Diagnostic report, etc, etc., and then they just schedule another technician visit. I have a family of 5 and CANNOT keep living without a working fridge. Customer service is basically pointless. I will never buy this brand again.
I have been trying to get a Frigidaire refrigerator fixed for 6 months! Bought On August 12, 2021 stopped cooling January 7, 2022.
I have had 3rd party technician’s come out and now I will only deal with Electrolux, Frigidaire technicians. A total of 6 visits! They have replaced the compressor, starter, twice! and capacitor. Still not working! I am now going to the Better Business Bureau. They have canceled appointments without informing us, this is the worst company ever! We are a property management company and we buy many appliances, but will pay more to avoid Frigidaire!

Wish I would of read these comments before purchasing any Frigidaire appliances. They are terrible! We have the Gallery series and the microwave, dishwasher and especially the fridge are horrible. The fridge makes noises, sounds like a plane taking off! Someone came out and looked and couldn’t fix it. Drawer parts are falling off, the dishwasher doesn’t clean and the microwave randomly adds seconds to the end of the time selected. Never will I buy this brand again!
Bought a $268 dehumidifier in January of 2021, used it 4 months that summer. Went to use it this month and I got EC code. Called customer “NON-service” said it was not repairable and that it is out of warranty. Never another Frigidaire product for me…
We have been unsuccessfully dealing with customer service for the last 4 weeks regarding a new Refrigerator that does not cool. It has NEVER been used and was just purchased. We’ve had technicians in to replace parts with no correction and yesterday the tech informed us there is nothing more that can be done with this appliance. Upon contacting Frigidaire today, they’ve of course, suggested another technician and scheduled him over a week out despite the 3 parts being replaced yesterday that we were told would be the only additional options and this reschedule taking us into the 6th week of the newly appliance never working. As bad as the faulty product and inconvenience is, the real complaint falls within customer service! They have been nothing but difficult and more often than not, rude. Hands down the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, appliances or otherwise. I advise anyone in the market for appliances to buy from ANYONE else.
I have been without a refrigerator for over a mouth and a repair person has been out 2 times first time he said it was the computer board and I had to wait on that now they say it is the relay switch and I have to wait on that. Well, that is in and I have been trying to call y’all so I can set up another apt. for the repair person to come back and I get no answer all I get it push this number I understand about the holidays but it is Monday and it is after 9 am someone should be answering phones. SO, NO I AM NOT HAPPY
I bought a refrigerator LFTR2021TFA, July 29, 2020, 15 months ago, the refrigerator part is not cooling at all, the freezer is getting cold but not freezing. I called Lowe’s in union NJ where I purchased the refrigerator I waited 20 minutes on the phone to speak to a supervisor no answer. I called Frigidaire and I was told they are not accepting any calls. I will never buy another Frigidaire product again, this is my second time buying the package, the refrigerator, the range, microwave, and dishwasher. There is no customer service.
Frigidaire is the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I moved into a new home, and the fridge broke within the first week and then it took them a month to get out to me to fix it. After they “ fixed it” I filled my fridge up with food again just to have a break within the next week. They come and “fix it” Again, I fill my fridge up again, and then the fridge breaks… again. They’ve caused me to Waste/ruin hundreds of dollars worth of food from their incompetence and I can’t even get a hold of them. As I’m typing this my fridge is making a loud ringing noise and currently wasting all the food that I have in it for a third time.
Never in my life will I buy another Frigidaire it’s not even a year old freezer has broken down the first week I bought it the seal came off the fridge waited months they finally gave me a new fridge this January now the freezer has broken down what a piece of crap and I spent 2000$ on this fridge never ever again will I buy any of there products or even recommend them
This is the worst appliance i have ever bought…the gallery collectin range…it has had three service calls in less than a year, the burner went out and also the oven and the customer service is awful, frigidaire needs to do a complete recap of all their departments. I cannot reach any tech to get the orders sent in correctly.
My refrigerator has ice on the rear outside panel and is dripping and rotting out my floor. Frigidaire just informed me that there was a settlement and they are no longer honoring repair/replacement of the defective units. Customer service is illiterate and totally incompetent and it was difficult to hear one of the people I was speaking to (hung up on the first time after a 30 minute hold when transferring call) because of a rooster in the background. Really frustrated with this after spending over 2k for the fridge.
Horrible customer service. Bought a freezer May 2020–has stopped working 3 times. First time diagnosed, new parts ordered–put in only to stop working after a couple of days after putting food in. Next service call–same problem but had to refer to A&E service department. Still no working freezer. November 5th, new service person–guess what need new parts. Parts supposed to arrive in around 2 weeks to my house. Never showed up. Called several times to the wait forever service line-Rosa to call me back–never heard from her. Called next day and got Jamal–guess what after an hour on the phone with him–no parts had been ordered. He finally figured out what was needed and ordered only to be told another 7-10 days, after becoming upset and asking numerous times to speak to a supervisor (OF WHICH i WAS NEVER ALLOWED) He offered me a letter for free service parts HAHAHA–then put a rush on the parts. I will never buy a FRIGIDAIRE APPLIANCE. I need a new freezer, not one that can not be trusted. Guess what parts may be here next week, the day before Thanksgiving–like I would get someone to work on it then. Don”t even have a place to put a turkey anyway.
Worst customer service ever! I called today to see if they could send me the plastic plate that goes behind the freezer where the electric cord comes out. It never came with my new freezer that I just bought online last week through Target. They said NO and to return it back to Target which was delivered here through UPS because it was too large to fit in my car. Really??!! – return a 70 pound item which I had already filled with product over the weekend! I even asked to speak with a supervisor and she hung up on me – she didn’t care for my language!

For several months I have looked at wires hanging out on top of my refrigerator the wires are burned out I was told I need a new appliance since the refrigerator is less than a year old and has been serviced three times ( ice maker). I have been told by Olivia the tech dept would send a final declaration, Jackie said a consent was needed to ship, Keia said a RSV17 was placed, Genia said it was shipped to Home Express I called tgem it was not there I have also talked to Jackie, Zack, Janice and Genia again I have more to do tgan hold the line 20-30 minutes each call. THIS IS TOO MUCH!! FFSS2615TPO I need an upgrade for my time.
I own Frigidaire dehumidifier model fad504DUD. I am concerned because it NEVER shuts off in spite of lowering the humidity settings. The filter is clean. I am afraid to leave the house when it is running for fear of it overheating and causing a fire. The serial number is kn14689595. Please advise. This is the second Frigidaire unit I have had and did not have this issue with it or any other unit I have owned.
