I recently received a Versa 3 as a gift and really like it! I have had FitBit devices for 6 years with no problems. However, I was unable to get sleep details or sleep score, despite several calls/chats with Fit Bit personnel. We tried many things, including deleting/restoring the app, deleting/restoring the device, but nothing seemed to work. I am left handed and wear it on my left hand, so I decided to change the setting to non-dominant hand while continuing to wear it on my left hand. THe next morning and all mornings thereafter, the sleep details and sleep score appeared. I recommend that you revise the settings from “dominant” to “right hand” and “non-dominant” to “left hand” to resolve this issue for all users!
Is there a way of seeing your total steps, floors etc to date. I ask because I cover a vast amount of steps and floors apart from this week due to my broken charger. I haven’t obtained a badge for a very long time I looked up on google the steps etc, needed to obtain each badge and the previous one I had already obtained and I’m sure I would have hit that target for the next one. Is there any way of obtaining the totals I like receiving badges as it’s a good incentive

In Dec. 2018 my husband bought me Fitbit Charge 3 for Christmas. Originally, we had trouble off & on syncing it to my Android phone & it worked okay until the latest update that Fitbit sent out. Now, we along with others have not been able to sync it again. We have tried removing the Fitbit app. as well as the actual Fitbit many, many times to no avail. I originally had a Fitbit Charge 2 & wish I would have kept it as it worked just fine. I would like to get a refund on this Charge 3 before the warranty runs out. Please advise if I should take it back to the store my husband bought it from or return it to Fitbit. Look forward to a quick reply.
I received a Fitbit Alta as a gift about 2 years ago and the charger just broke. Given that I only charge it about once a month (cannot always wear it), I think it should have lasted a lot longer than this. What is the normal lifespan of a charger? How about the warranty period? If I have to replace it, please advise on where in Calgary I can buy one. All the places I’ve checked do not carry the Alta charger. Please advise. Many thanks
My fitbit is 11 months old and it’s dying at least once a day, I keep it charged but it just switched off. When I put it in charge It’s showing there’s battery !ife on it. This is quite annoying as I then can’t see mysteps/sleep etc.
Also in the last 3/4 weeks it has suddenly stopped giving my notifications of texts or phone calls via my watch.
My Fitbit Alta HR is about 6 months old and one of the clasps that holds the wristband to the tracker is loose and the tracker keeps coming off. Is the wristband under warranty and how to do I go about getting a replacement wristband under warranty?
I have a fitbit 2 and I have managed to scratch the screen. Can I replace the screen? Where can I get a replacement from please?

I took my charge two back to curry s in Crewe. They said they don t stock them anymore so i would have to pay £30 to upgrade.
As it keeps falling off due to a faulty strap this seems very unfair
My daughter said her friend had the same problem and was told it was not up to her to bear the extra cost.

I bought my mom a Fitbit Alta HR. She had it for less than a year and it will no longer sync to her phone or iPad. We’ve tried everything and it will not sync. I had a Fitbit bought for my birthday 10 months ago and wear it every day but all of a sudden it kept falling of my arm, it appear the strap on side keeps popping out . And I can’t get it to stay attached
Hi I love my Fitbit Alta but have gone through several straps. I started with the purple but the side that joins on kept coming out. I then bought some cheap ones and finally another Fitbit product in blue. That strap has now come away from the Alta . Should I really be replacing the straps so much.

I called your help line about my FitBit Charge 2 falling apart and was told since I was under a year they would replace the band. I was told I had to sent a photo of the Charge 2 with the logo visible and e-mail the photo back to them. I have taken several photos and the black band only has the word Fitbit in raised letters. This is not visible when I look at the photos as Black on Black is beyond my camera resolution. As the service assistant was very clear that the logo has to appear what do you suggest.
My Fitbit Alta was a gift for my Oct. 21st Birthday last year so it is not a year old yet. The strap just came apart and even if I put it back together there is no way it will stay together. I am very lucky it broke while I was inside or I would have lost it. Please tell me what you can do for me. I have taken some photos but I can get them to reproduce here. If you could send me an email I could then send you some pictures.

My Fitbit Alta HR strap will not stay connected on one side. Since Best Buy no longer deals with these issues, I am contacting you. Please advise. Currently I have a grey strap but prefer black. My strap size is small. I received this strap as a replacement in April and should not a new one yet.

I received a Fitbit Charge 2 at Christmas of 2016. I enjoyed it so much the first year. But, in January 2018, the band broke. I was told it was no longer under warranty so I had to pay for a replacement. Now it will not hold a charge and is virtually non-functioning. Too much money was paid for a product that lasted less than 16 months. It has been a huge disappointment given how much I used and enjoyed the watch initially. Can anything be done? Is a replacement possible? I am not sure I would buy another Fitbit given these challenges.
I had a fitbit 2 for Christmas 2017 from my husband. The charger has always been temperamental. However, two weeks ago my fitbit will not charge. I have tried using your trouble shooting website and have cleaned the gold bits but the fitbit is not charging. I am really disappointed and expected better quality. The charger has not worked properly since I had the fitness wristband on 25 December 2017. Please advise.
