About FedExForum
FedExForum is an indoor stadium located in Memphis, Tennessee. Opened in the year 2004, the stadium can host up to 19,000 visitors and regularly hosts basketball, ice hockey and live concerts. FedExForum is home to NBA’s Memphis Grizzlies and NCAA’s Memphis Tigers.
The $250 million arena hosts over 100 arena events each year. Tickets for events can be purchased at the FedExForum Box Office and Ticketmaster outlets. Visit the Ticketmaster website to purchase tickets online and print at home. The tickets can be changed or cancelled as well from your account on the website. As for the Box Office, it is located adjacent to the Main Entry plaza on 3rd Street. It is open from Monday to Friday, 10am to 5.30pm.
Those looking for VIP seating experience, there are Courtside Suites, First Tennessee Club Level Suites, Theatre Boxes and Club Boxes. Reach Memphis Grizzlies or Memphis Tigers for season tickets or details on premium seating. For all events, doors will open one hour before game time.
Note that mobility impaired seating is located throughout the arena. Also, wheelchairs are available to all guests who require assistance. Assistive listening devices are also available to FedExForum guests. Reach the Guest Relations staff on the Plaza Level and Terrace Level for any assistance.
If you plan to drive, the venue is easily accessible from exits off I-40, I-55, Midtown I-240 and Poplar Avenue. FedExForum Toyota Parking Garage offers over 1,500 parking spaces. It is sold on a season basis for Memphis Grizzlies games and Memphis Tigers games. Parking for guests with disabilities is available in the FedExForum parking garage and the Linden Avenue marshalling area.

I attended the weezer/pixies show last night. I witnessed a female security guard aggressively and repeatedly screaming at patrons. She was absolutely out of control. None of these patrons were behaving badly. I asked for her name, she refused to give it. I asked to speak to a superior and a different security agent told me to “get the f*** out of my line”. I was there with my teenage children and I tried to make the best of the concert for them but the situation was really upsetting. Basically, after spending hundreds of dollars on tickets and parking, patrons are treated absolutely terribly and there is no recourse. We will absolutely never be back to the forum.
Let me start by saying I’m genuinely a happy go lucky person and not much of a complainer. I am easy going and get along well with most people. That being said…….This was my first ever experience at the FedEx Forum for the Bon Jovi concert. Never in my life have I experienced such reverse discrimination and harassment. This was my first time to see Bon Jovi and they pretty much ruined the whole experience. Our tickets were relocated due to a problem and then we were told to sit down (at a BJ concert.. REALLY?????) unbelievable experience. To think I was so excited to see BJ (bucket list item) to be treated so miserably the entire duration of the concert! What a shame!
