About Chesapeake Energy Arena
Chesapeake Energy Arena is an indoor stadium located in Oklahoma, US. First opened in the year 2002, the venue is a premier place for basketball, hockey, arena football, WWE and live concerts. Formerly known as Ford Center, Chesapeake Energy Arena can host up to 20,000 visitors and is the home of NBA’s Oklahoma City Thunder. Formerly it was home of New Orleans Hornets and Oklahoma City Blazers.
Chesapeake Energy Arena is owned by the City of Oklahoma City. Constructed at a cost of $89 million, the venue boasts of 1 LED ribbon board, 2 end zone video boards, over 200 TV monitors, close to 90 suites, 252 portable ADA seats and 912 luxury box seats. Tickets to events at Chesapeake Arena can be purchased at the Box Office or Ticketmaster outlets. You can also purchase tickets online on the Ticketmaster website using major credit cards. Signing up on the website will ensure you can view past tickets, easily make changes to existing tickets and much more. The seating charts to locate your seat or ADA seats is accessible online.
