I ordered two dresses on February 20,2019, today is March 6th and have not got my orders yet. I ordered something else from different company, and received that within 5 days!! I am very unhappy adult this !!! If u wanted to have a happy customers , and returned customers !! You needed to improve your services Big time !!! If I don’t get my orders within next week… I will not doing business with your company again !!!
I ordered a blazer and skirt in April in hopes they would be here by Mother’s day needless to say they wasn’t but I chopped it up of me not giving enough processing time even though it was a months time, as of today I’m still waiting on the skirt the blazer arrived a week ago. I’m very unhappy this is my second time ordering from here and doubt if I’ll ever order from this company again. Clothes are inexpensive but not of great quality.

I received an e-mail informing me that I have unpaid order insurance, it’ been a while I did not order items for it took a while for the items ordered. how could I have unpaid insurance, first, I did not order for an insurance for any items, secondly I did not order anymore, so why charge me. tried to call their customer service no answer, just leave the message.
I had cancelled 2 orders because they were duplicate. But what happened to my actual order when you did take my payment! I do not have a confirmation number
Regarding Order B2185199 – I have received 5 of the 8 items ordered 8 Jan. 2018. The other 3 items have been declared out of stock and a Fashion Mia e-mail sent stated I could order replacements at comparable prices. I do not wish to order replacements. In my view, your merchandise is of very poor quality. What I received is so cheap looking I gave it all away. REQUEST REFUND for items not yet received
I ordered a winter jacket on black Friday,but up to now I haven’t heard from fashion mia about the item I purchased. Please I need a refund if you have the winter jacket I ordered.

I have been waiting for my refund of $196.78 since April 2017. I have gotten nothing but excuses of how busy their financial department is. Well they weren’t too busy when it came time to take my money. I would never recommend Fashion Mia to anyone
How can you track your order if you were not provided a tracking number. How long does it actually take to receive your order? Ordered on 12/31/16 contacted fashion Mia on 01/11/17 requesting a tracking number because it was not provided like email said still have not received. Would greatly appreciate it if I could find out how long it takes to receive your merchandise.
I’m a very pissed off customer. I order four beautiful dresses over three weeks ago. Have not received none of them. If they not here by Dec. 8. I will be calling the customer Better business Bureau . Because I took my hard earning money to buy them.God bless you with a beautiful company and you all should treat your customers with good quality and good customer service.
