Faber customer care just does not respond ! I bought a Faber chimney in June 2021.It stopped working in January 2022. I lodged a complaint on 2ndJanuary 2021. HYD0201220030.A technician came on January 4,2022. He removed a part, said will be replaced within warranty period but but has not returned. After several calls he again came up with a part received from Pune and after fixing the part he declared the received part is faulty and again need to get part from Pune.Till now even after 40 days no response from Faber.I donโt know whether they are receiving from Pune ,India or from other Foreign place.Faber keeps telling me over phone that they will look into it asap.
Faber just does not respond ! I bought a Faber chimney in June 2020. It stopped working in December 2020. I lodged a complaint in January 2021. Pathetic products. Faber is the worst company I have dealt with. I brought Faber cooktop on 11th October. On 14th installation was done. On 15th October I noticed the burner turning complete black. Multiple complaints were registered. A technician finally visited in Jan 2021. I was told the installation was not done properly by the company guy. Pathetic. Later the problem continued. Now I am told that the burner will continue to turn black since it’s just polish coating. For this I paid 8000/-. I will expect a replacement or a refund.
The cooking i bought 3-4 yrs ago is pathetic. Several services and replacement needed. No action despite several complaints. All i get is a computer generated standard reply.
I have been facing similar problem with chimney. The blessed thing does not blow away the smoke. It clogs very fast. Service center charges exorbitantly to clean it. Further, it has given back the chimney after damaging or maybe changing the chimney on and off switch.
Yes I totally agree with you. Faber service is the most pathetic and irresponsible at every level. I think we need to tell everyone possible to refrain from purchasing any Faber products.
I have logged and registered the complaint for my Faber make micro-oven having reference no. 1305624320 dated 13th of May 2013 at 2:35 PM. The engineer came after lot f follow up and finally suggested to replace the door. I agreed for the same. After repeated followup with everyone including Mr. Deepak who is in-charge of servicing at Pune office, the engineer came with the door after 4 months for which I paid the money. After replacing the door, the engineer again identified another problem and hence agreed to bring the required component which was not working according to him. After rigerous followup and false assurance till now they have not made the component available to me. When I called up to the Service Manager, Mr. Deepak, he just made the sorry statement saying that he will not be able to resolve the issue and now I can just throw the micro-wave in garbage. The customer care and service given by Faber is pathetic and will make sure that my dear and near once should now buy any of the Faber product. This is the most pathetic servicing I have experienced in my life.
