I ordered 3 items from you and had to return 2 of them, one of which was a clearance item. I ordered according to your measurements and when I received the items were too large. I requested an exchange in size for one of the items and when I did not get any response regarding shipment, etc., I called and was told that since the item was a clearance item, there is no exchange or refund. The item is donated to charity. Very disappointed in your policy. I am not wealthy and am convinced that your customer service policy leaves a lot to be desired. As a result I would not be ordering from your catalog anymore and will encourage my friends and family to do the same. Your policy is not customer friendly.
This company does not keep the agreement for their return and delivery policy. It promise a certain delivery date and when I did not receive the items when I needed them I had to place another order with Express shipping at the expensive of myself….Now I have 2 items of the same….I tried sending the other item back and was told 2 item of the 3 is non-returnable because this was sale items. I was not told this when I purchase the items.If they had delivery my items when I was told I would received them I would not be struck with the same items. This is ridiculous. I am going to have someone else to look into this situation.The better business bureau. I am not going leave along.
I would like to know why I have been billed for an exchange. My credit card was charged on Sunday $30.99 for an exchanged item that was the same amount as the original.

But I would like to ask you something, Would Especially Yours ever sale women sweater suit and knitted suite. These are some of the outfit I like to wear to Church. I have silk suits but I would love to get some of sweaters suite, and sweater dress plus get some knitted suites also. So if you ever get some please let me know.
