My fiance and I have an account with your Edmonton location at 13720 42 street. We have had issues with the management in the past with documenting our accounting wrong, miss applying payments and now we brought in on of our tvs to be repaired on Monday September 11 2017. I have been dealing with Natalie at the store to find out a time line as to when I can pick up my TV. Yes, we did receive a loner TV. A loner TV that is a lesser value and quality of what we have been paying for since 2015. I have been told by Natalie that she is unable to get a hold of the repair shop or she has to get a hold of Ashley to get a hold of the repair shop. This has been going on since yesterday.
All I am asking is for a estimated time line as to when I will be receiving my TV. No one is able to tell me when that will be.
At this moment, I am very frustrated as a customer that I can’t get a time line as to when my TV will be repaired. When I take my car into be fixed I am given a time frame, why can’t i be given the same respect for a TV that I am still making payments for?
i do NOT want to deal with a manager in Edmonton, I WANT TO DEAL WITH A DISTRICT MANAGER over this.
