Pathetic customer care support from Duroflex, after picking up the mattress there is no sign of refund since two weeks!!!!!
Have been sending email and making calls, to which there is no response
I am sorry to say that Customer service at Duroflex is very disappointing. I am following up for a replacement of mattress from a month still no concrete response.
