Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) is one of two main airports serving fliers in Bangkok, Thailand. Also known as Bangkok International Airport, the airport is operated by Airports of Thailand PCL. Though it first opened in 1914, commercial flights began only ten years later. I would like to comment about the services and systems here. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed about your airport that delivered the worst services that i ever experienced. The staffs here are so unprofessional in providing the information. The staffs did not communicate well in english which showed the unprofessional as i did not get the correct instructions. The system in not systematic that wasted so much time in the process of departure. I would like to question your company that delivered such a bad services to the customers which paid the tax and all those unnecessary expenses when we did not get the equal level in quality of service. This is the worst experience that i had.
