Another night in the dark?? I just went to the store today for groceries. I live off Commonwealth Dr. in Charlottesville. We have been out of electricity since 1:00. Now I’m going to have to throw food out again. Do you have your people running around in other states or something and don’t have the man power???
All around me streets have power restored except my street. What’s going on. I have called 4 times and don’t even get an update. I live in Pimmet Hills. Falls Church. Been out going on 34. Hours. Did someone forget bout a few streets here. You can contact anyone other than your damn recording.
Do you have an email address for customer contacts?
I haven’t been able to find one. I get a barrage of
emails from you but none allow for responses. Contacting you should not be so difficult. PUT UP AN EMAIL ADDRESS AND MAKE IT OBVIOUS!! I can’t send an
example of my problem over the phone.
I was very disappointed in Dominion Virginia Power after yesterday’s storm. First, found out that the last power outage was due to a down tree that was only 1/2 resolved; the rest of it fell on the tree yesterday. Secondly, it was over 2 hours after reporting the power outage that it finally showed up on the outage map. We were out of town and could not rely on the information provided by Dominion Power. A 3.5 hour trip home found the home without power. It was finally restored on Monday; however, although when reporting the outage we requested to be notified when power was restored, we received NO contact. Very disappointed in your customer service during this storm. Ironically, our power lines were buried recently; unfortunately it’s not buried leading to our end of the street. That made sense.
Dominion Energy Service department – I very much appreciate your prompt and professional service yesterday when a tree knocked down my power line. I know your crews and staff have some long hours and difficult jobs. Thanks for your assistance.
We constantly have issues in my area with power going out wither at night or during the day. If 1 had to rate your service 1 to 10 it would be a negative number. I am tired of the constant issues. My power out again they say they are working on Ramsey rd go there of course no dominion power truck there. Can you manage to get it fixed right this time or do I can you send a contact of someone who can fix it right. Service is totally unacceptable. Been dealing with this stuff for years. You as company are going to make someone snap someday for your poor service.
