I’m so aggravated and disgusted. Im not able to get into the email I started the account with. I can not get in touch with a single soul to cancel this crap!!!!my option is to cancel my debit card and bank account I’ve had for 12 plus years this is ridiculous
This product was highly recommended to me by my husband, we ordered this product at the end of October, the purchase price, nine dollars for a starter kit, they took $40 out of my account. I would like a refund of my $40. I’ve reached out but there’s no customer service. There’s no phone number. We are deeply unhappy with the business practices.
Please just cancel my entire subscription! I have tried to edit my shipping date because I can’t afford it! Your website has been down for a week! Doing this is NOT how you keep customers! This company is a scam people! Their website is down on purpose so we can’t cancel or change order dates!

The products are horrible. Blades become dull after two shaves. Their customer service is worse than horrible. Company is a joke. I’m surprised they are still in business. Hoping they go out of business
Shipping is a nightmare ordered the trial version to see if they were any good 7 days later the package still did not ship I am going to stay with gillette at least they ship their product in a timely manner.
Terrible customer service. It’s hard to get in touch with anyone that is a live person. I am tired of talking to a bot on the live chat. Also dollar shave club billing to take out a double payment of 40$. The first payment taken out was my fault. But the second payment they took, no that was on them because I had already canceled the subscription with them and they took another 40$ out of my account causing overdraft fees. I will never do business with them again.
I love your razor blades and your service, but top of your handles continue to break and the blades does not pivot or move the way it normally does, this is the second time this has happen, I don’t want to switch companies, I just want a handle that will last for a while. Thank you.

Terrible customer service. My account got deactivated because I lost my credit card, went on line and entered my new card number and re-activated the account. Called today, waited about 20 minutes on the phone and they said my account was not activated, although I entered my new card and activated the account, they said it was a glich on the system! They will activated today but it will take an entire week to receive some blades. I sincerely hope someone reads this and takes some action to improve the system. I will check other blade services.
