This online Debenhams is a joke when it comes to trying to return dresses. I ordered and received three and returned one ok (it had an invoice within the parcel) but the other two didn’t. I have spend weeks trying to find out how to return the other two.But what with christmas in-between… I have no order numbers! No e.mail with date of my orders and order numbers. They say that they are trying to ‘save’ paper…I think they are just hoodwinking us into keeping our ordered stuff which is prepaid. I will never order anything else from Debenhams. One thing which is disgusting, you are sent to a site for customer service and it is an electronic engineer? or something similar and you type information in then it comes up about an error having occurred – really!!! I have taken pictures of what I typed in and the ‘result’. Debenhams, you can stuff your store.
I have been trying to return an item to Debenhams online. There is no shop here in Eastbourne. The QR code they sent is too blurry and I can’t find them, for help, apart from messenger which they do not respond. Tearing my hair out. So frustrating
False advertising. I ordered form Debenhams a jacket that had been reduced purchase went through fine only for 2 days later for them to email saying out of stock but still appearing on website at higher price. Even their customer service via Twitter stated they price I paid was an error on their site not the fact it was out of stock. So because of their error I am without the jacket I ordered because now it’s mysteriously out of stock but if I want to pay more it’s back in stock. Won’t be using Debenhams again.
Received two dresses; both very long . Returned within 48hrs of receiving as per instructions. I am now being charged as for purchase. As above I have struggled to find contact information that does not throw up “error.” Halifax have passed on the Klana bank number who have frozen payments until I been in contact with Debenhams. Will not use the site again.
I’ve been trying to return a dress to Debenham, I’ve got no reference number and I’ve tried everything all emails are the wrong ones , I can’t get hold of them, I’m getting fed up with this . I’m not paying for something that looks nothing like the catalogue pictures and I’m sure it didn’t say the make was boohoo
I recently purchased 2 Fiona easy fit light fittings order number 700182010214 at £50 each only 6 days ago I now find there is 20% off these this would have saved me £20 as you can appreciate I am on a tight budget and still have the right to send these items back and re order with the discount being deducted. I would appreciate you refunding the £20 to save the ordeal of me sending them back. I would really appreciate this as I am a regular customer thank you for your cooperation.
