I do not recommend David’s Bridal at all. I purchased a wedding dress from the Col, Ga location on January 19th 2022. From the very first appointment I had problems. Once I got the dress home I noticed a hole in the illusion neckline and had to return the dress the next day. Initially when I was at the store trying on dresses the stylist pinned my dress back to make it fit very tight around my upper body and said that the dress could be altered in this way, so it would be more of the style dress I was looking to purchase from their store. Once I got to my first alterations appointment I realized quickly that; that wasn’t the case. The dress could not be altered in that way at all… it was such a let down but I went on with alterations appointment anyway. At the end of the month I went back to pick the dress up only to find about two inches of fabric sticking out on the right side on the dress, had to leave the dress to be fixed. I came back the next day and tried the dress on again only to notice a huge hem running from one side of my chest to the other. It was absolutely horrifying! Not only was there a huge noticeable hem going all the way across my dress in the very front but the sides they tried to take in to make the dress fit me better were super noticeable too. all I saw were two three inch wide stripes going down from my hips to my knee on both sides. It was a nightmare. the alterations department mentioned that she knew this would be an issue but for whatever reason never reached out to me or tried to bring it to my attention. At this point I have left my dress there and their only solution was to make yet another alterations appointment at the end of April and then have me come back again to pick up. I don’t trust them and wont be doing that. I’m requesting a refund now and waiting for the branch manager to call me back. Have been trying to reach this manager for two days now. Finally texted 38201 and have request they reach out to the manager for me. Currently waiting on a call back from the manager now. Haven’t been able to speak with anyone the last few times I have called.
I bought a wedding dress, had it altered, hair piece and jewelry to go with it. They did not have a pair of shoes in the store the size I needed to try on so Kayla says we can order them for you. I went ahead and ordered my shoes. So I get a text today said the shoes were in. I went to get them less than 30 minutes after receiving the text and tried them on. They don’t fit! Taylor the manager said sorry we will not give you a refund because it has been seven day. I said I just got them. She said well it was over seven days when you placed your order. I think they had these shoes before the seven days funny how they had them on the 8th day. Kayla NEVER told Me this when I ordered them. Taylor the manager said well if you want your money back you will just have to resell them. I asked to talk with someone else she said she would not give me the number. Would recommend anyone to beware if shopping in the Murfreesboro Avenue David’s Bridal.
I have not gotten my dress back yet. Hope it’s right!
I looked a number I was told a member of management would call me back. Haven’t yet to receive that call.
Just a got the estimate for alterations for my daughters wedding gown and itโs 1/2 the price of the gown. I donโt think they ordered it right and now your stuck this close to the wedding $650 for alterations is insane. This is nothing short of a scam!!!!!
I literally do NOT recommend Davidโs Bridal (the Springfield location off of Glenstone specifically) to ANYONE. No where for my gang to sit, for one. For two, my consultant number 7046606 (Haley F) measured me wrong. I had to take my dress back and they hadnโt sent in my order so now my wedding dress wonโt be here until one month prior. Itโs been an awful experience and Iโd hoped for something magical. It was not. They rush you out and donโt care about your experience at all.
we recently purchased a pair of block heels with glitter straps, item number 465050167705 from store number 0311 in North Dartmouth. Our consultant 7042974 Mary V., fitted my wife for a size 6. She went to the back room to get the correct size. Returned and checked us out. Quick, easy…everything seems fine. This weekend, my wife tried both shoes on only to find the box contained a size 6; and a 7. So I called the store today, only to be told that they need to be ordered after we return them. Seems unreasonable.
After buying my bridesmaid dress and shoes 5 weeks ago for a wedding on Dec 12th, my boyfriend (the best man) contracted covid a week before the wedding. I tested negative, however the bride and groom didn’t want to take any chances since l live with my bf. Therefore, we both could not attend the wedding. I explained this to the store manager who claimed her hands were tied in the department of refunds and that l would have to call corporate. Mind you, my dress was never altered or even tried on since l left the store, same with shoes. Everything still in the bags it came in. So l call corporate, I’m told it’s up to the store manager’s discretion and l told them she said to call them because her hands were tied. After 2 days they called me back just to repeat their 7 day return policy and deny refunding me my money and instead offered me a store credit, of which l have zero use for. After repeating my situation the corporate manager Jen just kept rattling off the 7 day return policy like a robot, didn’t even sound like l was talking to a real person, more like a recording. This company gives ZERO @$!#s about the customer and acts as if they don’t have the power on a corporate level to authorize a $120 refund from their multi-million/billion dollar company piggy bank. I’ve never dealt with a more crooked, careless, cold company in my life and l truly hope their disdain for customers catches up to them one day. I plan on telling every single person l know whose getting married NOT to go to David’s bridal because they don’t care about anything but your wallet!!
I have an unbelievable photo of my daughter wearing one of your bridesmaid dresses. It would be an absolutely wonderful advertising tool in displaying this particular dress. If you are interested in seeing the photo, then let me know. She’s not posing, but is simply standing apart from the other bridesmaids in a very unassuming, yet magnificent and beautiful manner. Her profile and the elegance of the dress are very natural and captivating.
I am extremely upset, frustrated and disappointed in this whole bridal experience. I have been dealing with David’s bridal in greenfield now for a few days and need to speak to someone from corporate or someone with authority that can authorize a refund! I purchased my dress 2 weeks ago and was told that I had 7 days from the time I received my dress to return it. Please help me! Someone needs to hear what I’ve been thru! I never got that WOW factor with trying any of the dresses at David’s and continued to shop around. I purchased a new dress yesterday and called David’s to get a refund and they refused because it was past the 7 day purchase date. Mind you i havent even received the dress. I am just disgusted! Mind you they dont answer their phones when I did try to get a hold of them! After 7 tries I finally got a hold of them! Only to be told they sent an email to corporate to see if they would authorize the refund. They have extended the return policy due to covid only for certain people! How unfair is that!

I purchased my Bridesmaid Dress, they told me that theyโll contact me when it was ready to pick up, 2 months later I figured Iโd call because I hadnโt received any notification, they told me my dress had been there to pick up for 1 month, I told them well when was I going to get an e-mail, phone call, anything? They said they wouldโve called me once it wouldโve been sent back. Which I felt that was un reliable. I picked it up & I needed alterations because the smallest size was huge on me, they asked me if I brought shoes & I said no 1 told me to bring shoes just like no 1 told me that my dress was ready. So I had to make an appt. for alterations, they said to bring my shoes, my appt. came & I went & the seamstress asked me why didnโt I bring my bra I was going to wear, I said they only told me to bring shoes, again, another
miss communication, she started to start the alterations process, the bill came to more than the dress was, hey if I have to pay for it then it what it is, but maybe try saving the customer some $ along the way, right? So when I heard the alterations price I questioned it & she said I had to create a bra via pads because you didnโt bring the bra you were going to wear to the wedding, I said if they wouldโve told to bring the bra I was going to wear then you wouldnโt have to create a bra & then I wouldnโt have to pay for it, right? The manager saw my frustration whose name is Farida, she said put the dress back on & Iโll see what I can do, she asked me what I wanted & w/ that, she saved me $, she made changes in order to save me $ & the dress looked the same when the 1st alterations were done but for less $. Farida is amazing, I came in w/ a bad taste in my mouth w/ my experience w/ no 1 alerting me my dress was ready to pick up & not giving me information about bringing the bra I was going to wear w/ the dress to where I found that 1 person in the store that cared & made me felt that she was interested in my well being, sheโs a hard worker as I saw when she was on the floor altering my dress to escorting me to the register. Please keep her because she made me feel I want to keep Davidโs Bridal in my future for my wedding 1 day. Thank you Farida ??

I went in to the David’s Bridal in Springfield, Missouri yesterday to shop for a mother of the groom dress. A young lady came over to assist me. I was not sure what size I needed. I did know t it probably would not be clothes size because a lot of fabrics do not stretch. The young lady set a couple rooms with a couple dresses for me to try on.
I put the first dress on, but could not reach to zip it up all the way. So, I stepped out and called my husband to help me. There was another lady walk by and said do you need help. I said yes I cant reach the zipper. So, she stops and just started to help and says ‘you need a bigger size” and walks off leaving me there. No offer to help get me another size or maybe say let me find someone to help you because I’m too busy.
My young lady that started to help mw did get me a bigger size.
Needless to say that was probably the fastest anyone came in to shop and leave.
I’m not sure what this lady’s name is but thanks for all you said and did for me.
