On 16th November I ordered TWO cushions vide order number 152465130429671 I made advance payment for both the cushions. But I received only one. I tried to call on your help line the call drops after the recording or no one picks up. Once I was on hold for 13 min and no one picked up. Then I tried the help on the app. You can see the history, absolutely waste of time and no practical input by the seller. I then asked for the refund for the cushion which DARAZ and the seller never delivered.
I want to make a complaint against your local delivery drivers in Jhelum. I was supposed to get a parcel 2 days ago. Not delivered.
Today I received a call from one of the delivery driver, he insisted that he has been calling my number but no response from me. This is not true as I received no calls. The delivery driver has been changed 2 times. He was very rude and has no customer service training at all.
I purchased 1kg injeer @ Rs: 799/kg + 200 shipping charges. Today I received 250 grams injeer instead of 01kg while I paid Rs. 1000 for 1 kg. I am contacting at helpline but no response & email also returned back.
I also got no refund from daraz even though it said refunded. Is it being operated by robots? i mean seriously a company worth millions is so selfish to make a human to human contact.
The status of my order 127542929742528 is showing “Refunded” on April 24. However, I have not received the refund till today May 24. The most annoying thing is that there’s no way to talk to an agent of daraz. I tried the helpline as well as the app but there’s no such option. How can daraz be so insensitive and unprofessional? I don’t know what to do. I am extremely frustrated with daraz.
I gave a return request for a product on 15.5.21, which was accepted. Return request # 502766301998448. Today I was informed that the return request has been cancelled since numerous visits were made to pick up the product and they were unable to collect it. This is absolutely not true! No one came to collect the item. Your helpline does not allow any “human” contact with helpline officers. Really bad service. I will not deal with Daraz again.
I placed order for watch but when received not as per picture. I left my comment for seller but no response yet received. If any seller is cheating customer under the umbrella of Draz, the company also should take it seriously.
I have placed an order with shipment # 105198785419261, tracking ID KI874956610. But i haven’t received yet nor get any call from Currier service. After checking tracking number it’s mentioned You have refused the shipment. I didn’t refuse it, I’m still waiting to get my shipment. Kindly Solve it so that the shipment won’t go back to china as i have waited so long for the product.
I live in Punjab University New Campus. But my area is not listed in your website. I clicked on Lahore Others in city column. But area is not listed.
How can I get discounts? I have just bought a guitar worth Rs 14,000 from Draz supplied by the Forbes store Lahore. Am I entitled to a discount voucher for further purchases from same store?
