Because your email form program at , requires certain items of information fill it’s fields, or else the program won’t submit the (incomplete) information that does occupy the fields, I am unable to communicate via email with Creative regarding a problem I am having with a product of theirs. So, I decided to look for alternative ways of communicating, so that, possibly, I might find a way. I found this email form with which I am contacting you, having fields I’m probably going to be able to fill…, I’ll submit all the info. originally required by the aforementioned email form (which is at the aforementioned Creative web address), of which I am knowledgeable, however, since I am not in good contact with the person who provided me the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Go! Pro THX Tru Studio Pro, I am not having success learning the date of purchase, serial number, BIOS Type/Revision, & System Board/Chipset, though the balance of the info. required by that form I’m thinking I can fill in.
Please bear with me…,I am grateful for your fielding of this message. Please pass this email transmission, or at least the info. in it, to the appropriate department &/or particular personnel.

Problem Type: My Creative hardware stopped functioning correctly
Brief description: Approx. two wk.s ago (approx.1/24/13), the installed Creative Sound Blaster simply went silent. There is no type of light that illumines on the device either, at least since the Sound Blaster ceased processing audio. I’ve troubleshot the computer as well followed troubleshooting guidelines on the Creative website, but have had no success restoring Sound Blaster’s analog audio output through the headphone-speaker jack. Since I have no access to the driver disc that accompanied Sound Blaster when it was retailed, and, though I don’t know, I also don’t believe such driver was installed on the computer, so, therefore, I downloaded something called Creative System Information, Version 1.10, from the page on the Creative site devoted to the Sound Blaster, thinking it may be a missing driver needed by the Sound Blaster, & it installed in C:\Program Files\Creative, but Sound Blaster didn’t resume it’s proper functioning, while ever since it’s installation, whenever attempting to open the Creative System Information program, it has displayed “Creative System Information has encountered a problem and needs to close.” So why isn’t Sound Blaster functioning anymore? What can be done to restore it’s proper analog audio output? Please reply to the furnished email address with a solution. I’ll appreciate whatever you do.
