Dear Sir, I have bought. 3 bladed pocket knife from Sears Craftsman many years back and have been using it. Recently I noticed that the rivets handing the plastic piece of the handle came loose making the knife uncomfortable to hold.
I appreciate if something can be done to make good the poor in quality of this knife. Awaiting your kind reply.
