Dear Sir, Madam
Fare Evasion Ticket: 00712907-46
I have to say that I am very disappointed by the service standard of the Copenhagen Metro. I filed 2 online complaints i.e. KA-2018-0000369002-2 on May 21 and KA-2018-0000369002-3 on May 27, respectively together with all the supporting documents. As I have received any responses at all in these 14 days , I made several long distance calls (+45 7015 1615) on Jun 4 and Jun 5 from HK. Lines was hung up shortly after the recordings. Long story short, I was never able to contact any customer services people nor hear from them since the incident. I recall when I filed the inquiry / complaint online, it says I would get the response in a few days’ time.
My credit card transaction history sent to you earlier provides clear evidence that I had in fact paid full payment of DKK72 for two people. Can you pls respond to me as soon as possible as the DKK 750 fine is due today.
Best Regards
