copenhagen metro customer serviceCopenhagen Metro is a rapid transit system operating in Copenhagen, Denmark. Launched in 2002, the metro connects to 22 stations with 2 lines. Locally known as Københavns Metro, the rapid transit system is owned and operated by Metroselskabet.

The stations consist of Noerreport, Forum, Frederiksberg, Fasanvej, Lindevang, Flintholm, Vanlose, Kongens Nytorv, Christianshavn, Amagerbro, Lergravsparken, Øresund, Amager Strand, Femøren, Kastrup, Lufthavnen, Islands Brygge, DR Byen, Sundby, Bella Center, Ørestad and Vestamager.

You can plan your journey and see fares, schedule and timings using the search on the website. As for fares, you can purchase single tickets or City Passes. Tickets can be purchased at retail outlets, metro stations and through vending machines. Tickets can also be purchased online using major credit cards. For more savings, get the City Pass to travel on Copenhagen Metro, bus as well as train. The same can also be used for travel to and from the airport. In addition to that, you have the Copenhagen card which can be used to travel for free in the Copenhagen area. It also offers entry to more than 75 attractions and sightseeing places. As for metro at airport, the station is located in Terminal 3. It is also a short distance from Terminal 2. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket counter in Terminal 3.

Lost your property? You can approach the Metro Control Centre which keeps all found items for 10 days.
