About Converge ICT
Converge ICT is a leading Internet service provider in the Philippines providing high speed broadband at affordable prices. The telecommunications company was founded in the year 2009 and currently operates from its headquarters at Manila. Converge provides high speed Internet through end-to-end fiber optic network that covers Central Luzon, South Luzon and national capital. The fixed networks, fiber optics, cable TV, fixed broadband, and wireless broadband services are available to both residential and business customers.

Converge, which first began as a cable TV provider, reported consolidated revenue of PHP15,652 million for FY2020. The company also doubled its subscriber base in 2020. It deployed close to 1.5 million new fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) connections, taking its nationwide reach to 6.1 million homes. Know the services offered by the largest high-speed fixed broadband operator by visiting the website. Applications for new Converge connections can be applied on the website or by speaking to customer service. New customers can check the coverage online to ensure the services are available in your area. As for the services, residential customers can choose between Fiber X, Fiber X Time of Day and Fiber Xtreme. Business customers have flexiBiz and iBiz. The company offers a wide range of products for enterprise customers as well.

If you are a residential customer, the FiberX 1500 is the most affordable plan offering speed of 35 Mbps. For higher speed, you can choose FiberX 2500 (100 Mbps speed) or FiberX 3500 (200 Mbps speed). The plans have no data cap and allow you to surf and enjoy streaming without any buffering. For a new connection you will need a valid ID along with proof of residency. There will be an installation fee and lock-in period of 24 months. To apply a new connection visit the Converge self-serve portal here.

If speeds up to 200 Mbps was not suffice, get higher Internet speeds at a pre-set time of the day by choosing FiberX Time of Day. You can choose daytime or nightime and the bandwidth will double at peak hours. The personalised plans offer speeds from 70 Mbps to up to 800 Mbps. The prices vary according to the speed. Fiber Xtreme is another plan that you can consider for upgraded speed. You can enjoy web surfing, video streaming and download with no data cap. Currently, there are two plans – Fiber Xtreme 4500 (for 400 Mbps speed) and Fiber Xtreme 7000 (for 800 Mbps speed). There are no installation charges for either of two.

To view or download the bill, you can login on the Converge self-serve portal. You can also manage or upgrade your subscription there.
