Yesterday I fired Constellation. The only power we have as a consumer is our money and how/ where we choose to spend it.
I choose not to spend it with your company. I have had nothing but poor billing service experiences and non-existent customer service relations with your agents. I signed up for auto pay because your paper billing was inconsistent and on 2 occasions it was apparent if I didn’t take action YOU would allow me to incur late charges or even interruption in service, even threatening a disconnect last year when payment had already been submitted.Yesterday your company took TWO payments. Why? Because they forgot to pay themselves, AGAIN. It took 2 customer service reps, 2 calls and one manager to admit this.
Unacceptable business practices. If I ran my business as YOU do yours, I would go bankrupt.
Good bye, good riddance and good luck! I have taken my business elsewhere. My good, on time, consistent 58 year of excellent bill paying service.
