I ordered a pair of sandals, returned as they were too small. Clarks deducted the amount of the shoes instead of crediting my account to which I am now being owed money. I have tried to message via FB, even sent an email and have had no luck with any of this!! There is no where on the website that gives you an option to speak to a human, can anyone help?
I returned a pair of shoes as they were the wrong size through the portal and post office. I obtained proof of postage but received no refund or exchange as Clarkโs said they were not returned. I have not been able to contact them directly as they do not reply to emails or answer the phone.
Went to Farnham today as our local bank had closed down.
I was pleased to see a Clarkโs shop nearby in a prime position.
On entering the clean and welcoming shop I was pleased to see pleasant displays for both sexes and all ages surely it couldnโt get better.
How wrong I was Gemma asked politely could she assist me.
She listened to all that I said how I had been a loyal Clarkโs customer and what I was looking for, size, style, price, and most of all comfortable fitting.
She understood everything I had asked for and said she would get me a pair of shoes.
When she returned from the stock room with a perfect pair of shoes meeting all of my requirements.
Gemma closed the sale in a most professional manner I could not thank her enough for her excellent service.
Lucky Farnham and Clarkโs I think you have one of the best shops with excellent staff.
Been calling the customer services number many many times for a refund that apparently canโt be done via my original purchase method. It rings out and hangs up EVERYTIME! Great customer service Clarkโs.! How do you think that helps with confidence for future purchase!
Just wanted to thank the staff at your Upminster branch for helping my autistic son on August 15th.
Valerie was so friendly and patient even though he was kicking out at her.
I’ve bought school shoes from various Clark’s branches over the last 15 years and I’ve always found the staff to be helpful and professional even when the shop is busy and some customers are being unpleasant and inconsiderate to them.
I bought a pair of menโs brogues in a sale at your Ledbury branch a few months ago. I wore them several times indoors in order to wear them in, and have been outside in them a very few times.
Today while walking from my sonโs house the 10 minutes into the centre of Winchester I noticed that the right heel had come clean off. I was unable to recover it since it was in the middle of a main road which I was crossing when it came off.
I went into your Winchester (High Street) shop and asked for comment and assistance. Your assistant was disappointingly unhelpful……all she could do was to parrot stuff about my needing โproof of purchaseโ or a receipt in order for her to do anything at all. No prizes for guessing that I could produce no such thing since I bought the shoes some months ago and in any case I do not expect Clarks products to fall apart after only a few outings. I had been expecting that the shoes would be instantly replaced, but all I got was a rather negative and blocking response. Surely your staff can do better than that?
I await your commentwith interest, in the hope that I will be able to remain a loyal Clarks customer…….or are loyal customers no longer of interest to your company? When may I collect a replacement pair of brogues?
Dear Sirs,
A month ago, i.e., on 27 August, I sent to your office a pair of Clarks shoes made in England (9 1/2 or 44 in size) with a defected soles, made of polyurethane. a highly non-durable polymeric material. Such material, following its long term contact with atmospheric air, easily undergoes degradation and decomposition, as revealed by a terrible cracks in both soles. I have informed you kindly that the shoes were used by me only two times. In view of the evidently defected shoes, that I bought during my stay in England, I account for your kind consideration to exchange them for another model of a more durable soles or to repair them by removing the present soles and fixing another one made of more durable material.
In spite of your last letter from 12 September (enclosed below), in which you promised to respond within 2 days, I have not received any reply from your office till now.
Kind regards,
Aleksander M. Wrobel
I have been served by Tina at Bognor regis where Tina kept finding the shoe for my left foot that fitted and I was astonished how she managed to serve other customers as well.
