About Century 21
Century 21 is a popular American department store chain founded in 1961. Headquartered at New York City, Century 21 has a number of stores in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida. The flagship store is located at Lower Manhattan and is spread across 220,000 sq ft and 7 floors. Century 21 sells products that range from clothing, footwear, fashion accessories to electronics. The flagship store at New York opens from 8am to 10pm on most days (exception being Saturday and Sunday). You can visit the website for Century 21 locations. Century 21 also operates an e-commerce channel where you can shop using major credit cards.
Products that can be shopped online include blazers, jackets, jeans, shorts, trousers, dresses, tops/tees, shoes, hats, wallets, belts, watches, handbags, dinnerware, bedding, home appliances, gadgets, cameras, phone accessories, among others. Browse the Clearance section for discount items. You can filter products by brand, color, price and other specifications. Purchases on Century 21 can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Century 21 gift cards.
Customers can opt for standard or expedited shipping during check out. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. You can track status of delivery from your account online. Shoppers enjoy a 45 day return policy on most items. If you are a regular shopper at Century 21, register for the C21STATUS Credit Card to earn and redeem points on all purchases. For more information or queries on store locations, payment, cancellation, refund or others, reach the Century 21 customer service.
Just had the worst customer service experience with your e-gift card ordering process. The fact that your website cannot process a simple gift card order like any other major retailer is one thing. To place an order over the phone with a rep, recieve an order number, then be told it was canceled because I didn’t do ANOTHER verification is ridiculous.
You have to find a way to make this a more customer friendly experience or get out of the gift card business.
