I am amazed that I found so many persons with similar experience as mine. In Feb 2022, i bought a Cello Swift Vacu Steel Flask. For the first two months it was working absolutely as expected (and as described on the package of the product). Then all of a sudden (as if a switch was turned off) it stopped retaining the water temperature. When I called up the company’s “Customer Care” phone number 7400007370, I was asked by the person (named Jyoti) to write a mail to their mail id customercare@celloworld.com with copy of the receipt of purchase and images of the flask (the body and the bottom). After I had sent the details, I waited for 14 days and then called up again.
To my surprise, the person at the other end (I was told that the person’s name was Jyoti this time too) was acting in a very strange and evasive manner. I told her about the first conversation I had with her about the malfunction of the flask and that a follow up mail along with the details as advised was sent to the email id she had provided. She started by saying she does not have authority of handling emails and that her “seniors” would reply. When I told her that no message about confirming my first call to register my complaint had been received, she said that she did not have authority to handle messages as well. On my insistence that there has to a way for generating registration number (as with any such organizations), with great reluctance I was given the registration number.
As if by magic, the next moment I received a mail (in reply to the one sent by me) saying that action could be taken only when my name and complete address along with images of receipt and the flask are sent to them. I replied back saying that I have already provided them with details asked for and that my “complete postal address” and nothing to do with it and that it is my private information which I can not share. Next mail received from them forgot about getting to know my “full postal address”, but started not picking about the image of the “bottom” of the flask. To cut it short I exchanged 18 emails (including 10 from my side) and now they have stopped replying.
I bought a cello vaccu steel flask of 750 ml on 12/11/19. it was working very well and i was totally satisfied with the product but from the past 15-17 days the flask was unable to provide service at its best. So i took to the shop from where i purchased it but after checking they replied that they cannot exchange the flask because the company wont return his money.
So in this regard i would say that I am very disappointed.
i would also request the company to look into the matter at the earliest and update me.

I have purchased a cello flask 350ml flip-style in November 2020 it has one year warranty.
But water does not stay warm even for an hour. When a complaint about this on customer care they are saying it is because of the dent, but there is no dent. They are just trying to avoid replacement.
Recently I bought Cello 500ml stainless steel vacuum flask. The product cover mentions that it retains Hot/Cold 24hrs.
This is the reason I purchased the flask from a Army canteen, Delhi
(After bringing home, I tested the flask with hot water. To my surprise, after 1 hrs it is not retaining heat at all.
Note that I have not opened the flask for this 1.30 hrs.
The product claims that it retains water hot for 24hrs and it does not do it.
I would like to return the product to the Army canteen, but they are not accepting it as they mention that Cello company says it holds hot only for 6hrs.
Need your help here. I would like to return the product and lodge a complaint that it is not meeting the standards as advertised.
The warranty covers manufacturing defect and this is in fact a manufacturing defect as it is not meeting the standards.

I purchased a cello Bronza pen from a local shop for Rs.85. It was good in appearance but too much expensive because of the material used for it. It fell down on a mud groud and all of sudden the press pointer at the top button came out immediately and I am unable to use the pen. Why the Cello is producing some kind of junk pens with high price? For Rs.85 I got almost nothing? A pen just fell down from a pocket and not able to use means a crap pen! that too from a brand like Cello! you should really ashamed of the products, especially Bronza!

I bought a mixer grinder of cello from Kushagara Electronics Bhiwadi.
The problem is the lid of mixer grinder brakes very easily while using it. We had replace it so many times but that is not getting the permanent solution to product quality issue.
Can you help me immediately? The product is still in warranty and I want to return it back to the company.
Please send someone to collect it from my residence. I don’t want it anymore.

When water is stored in Cello water bottles, a precipitation settles at the bottom which is not found in other pet bottles. I was keeping Dr Aqua guard treated water.

Dear Sir, I have been regularly buying your food containers. Lid cracks within couple of months. I recently bought 2 more again as a replacement & both of them have cracked. Containers lasts long but lids are flimsy. Kindly improve the quality of lids and arrange to replace cracked ones. Awaiting reply.
