Never again! The catch marketplace has a specific advertised listing stating ‘sold by catch’ marketplace, dispatched in 1 to 2 days’ and claim to respond to enquiries including complaints within 2 days. Untrue, misleading and moreover, false advertising. This particular item was ordered several months ago and they (catch marketplace owned by Wesfarmers) decided proactively to cancel the order after around two (‘2’) weeks. I then attempted to reorder with the listing still stating dispatched in 1 to 2 days only to cancel after two (‘2’) weeks as the order was not dispatched. I re-tried ordering.., third time lucky? Turns out no, I’m still waiting for dispatch after nearly 2 weeks and for their response to my enquiry (complaint regarding false and misleading advertising) after one week. Very disappointed, they’ve lost my business and no doubt my followers too.
I wanted to place a large order of over$600 and join catch at the same time over the phone,but told they do not do these over the phone must go to catch website which I have never ordered over the internet. How do I tell what items are available placing such a large order and the web page of catch is slow this is another reason I wanted to do it on the phone.
I’ve purchased five items from Catch group (Order #26347600). Today I called to find out the status of my order and I was told that the order had been cancelled; obviously without my authorisation or request! I’m overly disappointed by Catch that they can’t meet the obligations; the items I purchased where for an upcoming Trek! I’ve logged this with the ACCC (accc-report:228722) because the Catch Manager Christian has told me that is my only way forward, even when I asked for the corporate number or e-mail address! To say the least, I’m very disappointed!
Trying to get anything resolved is like trying to catch a knife. I was sent the wrong item and it appears that they blame me and have repeatedly told me that is what I ordered. I have spoken to the OFFSHORE support centre, who can only read what is on their response sheet. It is pathetic, no more for me. They are hopeless

You have an enquiry pending on your order #C24594562-A The prompts that they ask you to use don’t relate to the problem so it is a waste of time trying to use them. If you want to know what is happening send something that can be used. As far as the complaint goes it hasn’t been resolved as the phone is back with Techwarehouse. And the phone isn’t faulty it just needs to be unlocked. I am waiting for feed back on were we are at from Techwarehouse or Cath of the Day
Got sold a fake and damaged item on your marketplace by a seller who infringe copyright. Escalated the situation to Catch team but heard nothing, no one to contact or follow up. What kind of marketplace is this? I would have stick with Ebay if I want to get scam with fake stuff, at least their customer service team is on top of their game.
Absolute frustration!Q Tried to join Club Catch, selected the 3-month option indicated that $6.50 had been added to the cart. Tried then to purchase a Garmin Watch to be told that the offer was only open to members. Opted again to join. Indicated $6.50 would be added to cart (it wasn’t). Still can’t purchase watch. Repeat and repeat and repeat. I’ve give up!!

Just joined your Catch Club but need to stop payment as it is impossible for me as each time I request something I have to go to the Post Office to pick up the parcel. Even when I am home the Post Office say I am not and have to pick it up. Why does Catch Club demand a signature when companies like Peter of Kensington can leave the product with signature…therefore no excuse for the lazy Post Office parcel people.
