I ordered Items with a 60mins delivery service and the items were not delivered no calls or email to inform the delay and the money was taken from my card. Called the customer line waited 30 mins for the call to be answered and was informed that the delivery could not be fulfilled yesterday. I asked for the delivery to be done today and was promised the same will be done. Got an email at 5am with a credit note that the order was cancelled. Called again and asked to speak to a manager. A manager by the name Randa with the worst attitude called and said that she has the right to cancel without informing the customer. I informed her that the t’s and C’s say that they will inform if an order will not be fulfilled and she said you received an email didn’t you? I informed her that I usually get a call if there is an issue with the order and she said that they are not obliged to inform a customer and that they have a right to cancel and basically told me to go to hell as my order didn’t amount to much and I am not benefiting the company in anyway. Worst management worst customer service and worst company you should be ashamed of yourselves
Returned items cannot be tracked for replacement. Nobody responds in Customer Call Center, Whatsapp, Survey, After Sales Report.
And Customer Service Acting as Manager today, of Marinal Mall, states there is No Customer Care for Carrefour Online Sales.
According to him, this Branchโs Customer Service covers only and exclusively for their Hypermarket Branch, no more than that.
He just kept insisting to call Customer Call Center where you can wait for more than 30 minutes on hold and nobody still would pick up. And this Sousi acknowledges that nobody responds to it BUT insists be called on for follow up and complaints.
Frustrations mount up with these responses received from him and in the end, we were advised no possible solution can be given but to wait for the unsure date of delivery. And that they are not supposed to act in the first place and for us to just rely to Customer Call Center.
Consider us irrate, frustrated, unhappy customers.
Today my mum had an awful scary experience with Carrefour delivery guys , we bought a TV set from Carrefour Egypt CFC on Tuesday 29th of June 2021 and the sales man said it will be delivered to our door free of charge , today two delivery persons showed at our door , I was at work and my mum was at home , one of the delivery guys started shouting asking for tips so my mum gave him 15 Egyptian pounds , he got very angry and he called me at work and asked me for more money , my mum was scared because he was loud and scary so I told her on the phone to give them 50 pounds and just make them leave and close her door , We are still afraid because they know our address and our phone numbers , I canโt believe that you let such people work for you at any branch around the Worl !!! I called the hot line in Cairo to make a complaint and still waiting for feedback .

There is a limit to every thing. I was promised by the floor staff to install 65inch TV same time when delivered. It is the 6th day today, and I am yet to receive a call from Carrefour informing me when it will be installed. I am nearly 110minutes away from putting in my return request. The worst service ever!!
I have been ordering from Carrefour for around a year and I honestly do not know why anymore. EVERY SINGLE TIME I am met with items missing AND I choose express delivery, paying the amount each time yet NOT ONCE has it ever been on time! The app is a waste, it doesn’t track nor does it give information on what is going on. The customer service team are useless as they can not and do not have control over anything! How is it a large company can just disregard loyal customers and not even seem apologetic? Nor does it offer compensation or complimentary products for it’s lack in efficiency OR ability in providing a service that has been paid for. Utter disgrace.
Worst online delivery service!! I ordered for a Now delivery (90minutes delivery time) but ended up waiting until midnight for the items which were up until now remain undelivered. Items have already been charged on my account and no response from customer service, nobody from the store has the decency to inform the customer if the order has been rescheduled or of the whereabouts of the ordered items. Very poor online platform and the worst customer service.
I wonder how many people are in the same situation as I feel that Carrefour became unreliable since the pandemic started. I have so many orders that have never reached and have been charged. The application live status doesnโt work, the expressed delivery is not honored anymore and their customer service never replies to my messages. Iโve sent them details of my orders that have never been received and nobody bothered to reply. I guess not shopping with them would be the solution.
Is it honestly true that not only have you increased the prices of almost all of your Carrefour products, you have now capped the 25% discount on them on a Tuesday to 100 points?
I would like to voice out this issue on carrefour burjuman where the AIR CONDITIONER is not working in the DPH SECTION. We already gsve feedback but it seems like they canโt do anything about it. Itโs not just the employee but of course every consumer has been complaining why on that area we donโt have AC. Wearing mask in hot place is really suffocating and especially during events or lot of foot traffic during weekends. We canโt use paper fan just so we feel cool for the whole day every day.
Last two Tuesdays I bought Carrefour products which has 25% discount as points tag on it and the salesmen confirmed that also. I went to the customer service to ask them about the points as to why it does not appear in the share app. The lady said it will appear after 24 hours. Waited 48 hours, still no points.
The worse service I reviewed
Ordered a frezzer, and due to bad system they have I had to repeat the same order 3 times because it was not going properly in the system. 3 transactions happened in my card. Now more than two weeks and the issue not solved. The order is hanging in the system and I received bank statements and I have to pay now for the bank.
Conclusion:
– Bad service and response.
– I will not use their online service again and donโt advise anyone to use it.
I ordered online last April 23,2021. I expected my delivery on the next day as per my tracking no. However the delivery guy said when he is on the way that my place is out of coverage area. He said that since it is undelivered order my money will be refund as soon as possible. I called customer service and they reconfirmed that it will be refunded back. Till Now, I didn’t received my refund nor answer in my calls. I called several time and no one answer my call. Only automated answering machine and it keeps on holding only. I’ve hold till 20 mins and I tried several times. The same result. This is the first time I ordered online on Carrefour and I don’t know that they have this poor customer service.
I ordered wash machine online approximately 2 weeks ago with a 2 – 3day delivery timeframe. Still haven’t received it, nor have I received an update from Carrefour about whether I ever will receive it. This is unreliable online service.
It is to state that my order number 18355409056788 which is dated 1st of April 2021 has not been delivered till date; 26th April 2021.
Despite the inefficiency of service witnessed several times in the past, Carrefour has not improved it’s customer care staff.
As you can see my order status is – ‘in process’ since 26 days. Furthermore agonizing is that I have paid the full payment and after this pathetic attitude of ignorance I am not being given a refund.
Carrefour have the worst customer service and should not be in the online order/delivery business. I made an order yesterday and though the money was deducted from my credit card I did not receive the items and the customer service in the call centre raised a complaint but no contact has been made by carrefour team they are still checking what happened meanwhile my money was deducted. Few weeks earlier i made an order they sent me something completely different as a substitute and until now they didnt refund the money or replace the items though i complained same day.
Agree with all the comments. The customer service team are unfortunately extremely unhelpful. It is now 3 days that we are waiting for our white goods in our new home with no update from the team, no email address provided, no manager details either. Wish I had read these reviews before making our purchase because the after sales service is truly shocking!
I ordered on express delivery and received email I ordered online for a few things that I needed urgently and received a message, an email and a phone call that my order was processed and on its way. At 8.36 I received another very brief call which ended after one ring. I called back (0324 4132199) and was informed by your representative that my order was cancelled as he was coming from Emporium Mall and it is very far away. And I would need to order again in the morning and my order would be delivered very soon. Please tell me that your delivery persons are authorized to cancel orders on their own if they do not want to deliver at that time. I needed that delivery urgently as I had to give those items to someone tomorrow to give to my daughter in the USA. This is the first time I ordered online as I needed the thing which was not available in Metro. However, you probably have a very large customer base and you are not bothered about having the goodwill of your customers. This unfortunately is not the first time that I encountered problems with delivery with Carrefour. And looking at the complaints above it seems your service is bad and you are not concerned at all. Even your website is not working properly. It took us an hour to order and then when we tried to complain through the website and it won’t allow us to do that even, claiming domain site doesn’t allow recaptcha.
Its not about the money but your customer service must learn how to make your customer happy. Your call center is the worst of all, unhelpful agents, rude and I don’t know if you are training them because nothing as in zero quality customer service. I ordered corset and I just need a size replacement ok, there’s no size indicated in the website it self but this agent named “Chattie” spoke so poorly. She didn’t resolve my concern instead she just talked of a loop of excuses why there’s no size indicated and the order site is misleading.

The customer service staff at carrefour delma mall abu dhabi branch is the rudest and uneducated staff I have ever seen. They do not know the ABC of customer service even. I had to go there on 15th December to return a purchased item on 13th December. It makes sense that return was refused but the way they treated me was below the standard. it happened on 15th December around 11:25 a.m. A local guy in kandoora was rude and was not able to speak english properly. In addition to this local guy, a supervisor with dark eyes was also rude and did not know how to deal customers. very bad experience that day.
I did online purchase yesterday.Today I received the delievery and I found that My total number of purchased items are 16 pcs but i got only 15 pcs. I already informed to the driver and he simply told me to contact to Carrefour. I am really disappointed with carrefour service.Its not a matter about the amount but matter about your service to the customer.
I know that almost all the comments on here are bad reviews and I just want to add on to that. I’ve called carrefour everyday to fix my problem, I got a defective iPhone X from a third party seller, and they are not willing to transfer me to a manager nor provide me an email address. I’m truly sick and tired because I don’t even have a phone as the screen got messed up along with battery issues and my only fault was that I purchased it from carrefour online. My mother’s BP has gone high because their customer service is so terrible, who’s going to compensate for this? It’s going to be 2 weeks and i have not gotten a refund nor a replacement. I know the third party seller is at fault here but it was sold through carrefour’s website so who is to blame at the end of the day? please don’t buy any electronic devices from carrefour.
I’m having a nightmare experience with Carrefour customer service.
In any case, your home delivery system is ridden with issues and I have already raised complaints several times before. To make it worse, your customer service is from the last century. When I asked for Carrefour’s email address so I can make a written complaint about my discount voucher repeatedly not working, I was told by a very off- handish and rude team member of yours’ named ‘Zel ‘ that Carrefour does not have an email address!!!!!! I couldn’t believe my ears! I had to go on carrefour’s website and get the email address!
There are plenty of shopping options out there. Not wasting my time with Carrefour any longer.
Worst online service ever I have experienced, they delivered wrong order, fine then returned for exchange or money payback but nothing happened more 3 weeks no call back, 3 time I called. Even that wrong order also with them.. So online service is not reliable at all… Pls avoid.
I tried making a purchase today and it showed an error, I tried a second time only to get the same error. Minutes later both payments had gone through. It doesn’t show under my order to be able to cancel. My cart is still displaying the items. I also received an email reminding me that I haven’t checked out my product. No phone number or email works. How are we supposed to rectify this. How can ny money be taken yet no order is displayed? Why is there no contact option that works? This is terrible.
Same here, I placed my order on Carrefour APP, they debit my bank card twice while my order didn’t progress. I tried to call the customer line and send an email to Carrefour to refund my payment, the line was not working and the email address no longer valid. I have never experienced such terrible online shopping!
What can be worse than carrefour delivery? Right! Nothing. I paid extra for express delivery, then on the app they put the status of delivery as done whereas I never received anything. After million of calls they said that driver will come. 6 hours later nothing is delivered and no one is answering the call on the customer support line.
At least donโt lie and put expectation of EXPRESS delivery! If you donโt know how to provide such service – dont enter the market with such proposal to the customers.

Please stop fooling your customers and ripping them off.
I have ordered on August 3rd a Whirlpool Fridge WQ9B1LUK for AED 3,499.00 and received the same day the confirmation. Next day on August 4th I have received the official tax invoice and an expected delivery date of August 9th. My wife call on August 8th to confirm that delivery will be done next day and got a positive reply that latest on 9th the fridge will be delivered and that we will get a phone call before delivery. On August 9th my wife called again and asked about the delivery, just to hear that delivery will not be on 9th, as the delivery will be within 7 days and not as confirmed with the online status mentioned 3 – 4 working days.
Today on August 10th my wife called again, just to hear that you will not deliver the order, as it seems to be out of stock. Why at the previous calls we heard that you will deliver? Why donโt you inform the customer that the product is not in stock? Why do you book the credit card with the actual value immediately on order date and lie to the customer with the confirmation? Quote:We will double check our stock before processing the payment and if any of the items that you have selected are not available, these will be deducted from the final amount. You will receive an email with an updated invoice before shipping. UNQUOTE
I will report you to Dubai consumer rights and will tell your story on any public webpage I can find. Even if it will take years, I will do my best to make sure no one ever will buy from you guys again.
I know that service is not known the philosophy of Carrefour, but that you obviously want to cheat on your customers was new to me. Your service is the most unprofessional I ever had in my entire life and trust me, I had some bad experiences before.

Placed order of electronic cooker AED 5,000/- with extended warranty, received on 27th July, made defective complaint on 28th July, still waiting for refund, called several times to call center, visited MOE customer service, despite matter is unresolved. Very disappointed with the customer service.
Worst customer service ever. I ordered from them 1 month ago a product that they have promised to deliver in 4 days! A month later Nothing! every couple of days i have been calling to follow up getting zero help and support except โwe will follow up With the sellerโ they hold zero responsibility towards their customers – they did not refund my money and they did not deliver the product. You canโt talk to management you cant raise a complaint you cant raise anything. Carrefour is maximum a supermarket but should not be operating as an online seller!

I bought Samsung LTE mobile Phone. 3rd July from Carrefour Sharjah City Center .
When sales person explaining me the features of the phone he told me along with the phone you will get the Samsung Power Bank. ( this all he said before I made the Payment) once I made the payment and come back to give the paid invoice suddenly he told me the power bank is not in stock.he said I will write on the invoice we will call you once stock will come then you can collect it. Today is 25th July still I am waiting for the call.
This is not a matter of AED 100 Power Bank . Dont cheat customers with the wrong commitment.
No one Accepts this kind of service for organisation Like Carrefour.
There is no after sale service, that’s it. Forget it. You paid, u did not get your items, your BAD, telephones are busy all the time. Managers just shift you around like you are an item, they are used to that. No follow up from higher management, this is known to the employees and that’s why they are acting like that. Typical in all Carrefour Stores.
I thought I was the only one with a bad experience.
First time I ordered something and use my 130 points. Wrong item was brought, so I had to let them go back with it. Sadly my points were never returned. Luckily it was a cash on delivery so I was lucky.
Okay I thought maybe this was just a simple mistake. Again I ordered some items and paid by my card. So the money was deducted from there, less items were delivered, other items were out of stock, tried calling but no answer. Sent emails several times but no response.
I already deleted that App. Let them eat my money and become more rich. Maybe that’s how they benefit in earing people cash. Very very bad experience.
