BART should service Caltrain stations because BART would do a better job. At least BART makes all. — all station stops. Caltrain does not even provide it’s customers with free shuttle service Millbrae where customers can catch BART back to the East Bay from Burlingame. On June 21, 2022 at 4:55 pm, I waited for a train to stop to take me to Millbrae where I could catch my BART train.
Two consecutive trains rushed through without stopping to pick-up passengers. Moreover, I and the other customers waited past 6:00 pm for a Northbound train. No thought went into having at least one of those trains stop in Burlingame.
