About Bud Walton Arena
Bud Walton Arena is an indoor stadium located on the University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville, Arkansas. It was opened in the year 1993 and is a premier place for basketball games and live concerts. The Bud Walton Arena is named after after James Bud Walton, the co-founder of Wal-Mart. The arena, also known as Basketball Palace of Mid-America, can accommodate up to 19,200 visitors. It is currently home to Arkansas Razorbacks men’s and women’s basketball teams.
Tickets for events can be purchased from the Razorback Ticket Center at the south entrance of Bud Walton Arena. The Ticket Center is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Tickets can also be bought and sold online on the StubHub platform. For Season tickets, approach the University of Arkansas. All Season ticket renewals are mailed in August each year. For premium seating, there are close to 48 private skyboxes that offer comfortable seating, food and beverages and incredible sightlines.
Visitors to the stadium are prohibited from carrying large bags, outside food, cans, professional cameras, fireworks, weapons, coolers, folding chairs, umbrellas, selfie sticks, baby strollers and signs/banners.
For wheelchair assistance or ADA seating, reach the Bud Walton Arena Guest Services staff. As for reaching the venue, the University of Arkansas campus can be accessed from interstate 49 at three major exits (#60 Razorback Road; #62 MLK Boulevard; and #63 Wedington Road. Public parking is available in Lots 44, 45, 59 and the Stadium Drive Parking Deck. Paid parking is available at the Harmon Avenue Parking Garage. Also, on game days, shuttle bus runs from Lot 56 to Bud Walton Arena.
