Bloomex is a Canadian retailer of flowers. Founded in 2005, the company drives its sales online by catering to a wide range of customers, including corporates. Bloomex sources flowers and plants directly from growers and suppliers. Currently, it has eight product facilities, the locations include Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver. I have been using Bloomex for 2/3 years and spend between $100 and $200 per month. I went to order flowers for a sick friend the other day and learned my account was blocked and I was not welcome to use them again. No reason. I called chat line and was put on hold for 45 minutes. My friends and relatives were always happy with flowers and always commented how fresh they were. I am very disappointed.
My son and daughter-in-law sent me a bouquet of roses for Mother’s Day. My son paid extra to have them delivered Saturday morning as I had plans later in the day. They showed up at 3:30 pm. Another 1/2 hour and I wouldn’t have been home. The roses were supposed to be buds but 4 of them were already open completely. Although they flowers are beautiful there were
2 blooms that were damaged. When the girl delivered them I told her that they were supposed to have been delivered in the morning. Without looking at me she just walked away with a “Okay. Have a good day ” in a sarcastic tone. Very disappointing. Told my son next time order from a local florist I usually go to. Extremely disappointed and the girl who delivered them was rude to me. I would NEVER recommend this company for flowers.
I ordered Valentine Flowers for my mom. They were supposed to be delivered on Sunday February 13th and after several phone calls they arrived on the evening of February 14th. The arrangement was pretty but did not look like the picture I ordered. I paid an extra $10 for a larger arrangement and I don’t think that happened. The six roses that came in the bouquet were dead three days later. The white flowers that were supposed to be daisy were dead after a couple of days. The 6 red carnations are still alive 6 days later. These flowers were a waste of $82.47. I also received conflicting messages when I called customer service. At first I was told she would receive them by 8 pm on the 13th. Then on the 14th when I called in the morning they told me they were out for delivery. By mid afternoon I was told they were delivered and they weren’t. They told me they would put a search out for them. Later in the day the florist called my mom and she wanted to know if she was home to deliver the flowers. They still had them at the florist they had never been out for delivery. I would not recommend this company at all!!!!
Very bad service. The flowers haven’t been delivered at all and the company haven’t call me to inform me. Seriously This company is a fraud. We have to report this company. Now I’m actually fighting for having a refund.
This is the WORST delivery service I have seen for flowers. Refuse to give a refund when they completely bungle up the order. Never delivered what I ordered, changed the delivery day. The order showed up like it had been dumped upside down and they got the flowers from the reject pile. Customer service spews out generic emails that spout of nothing but “according to our policies” crap. If sending inferior product out is in “accordance to your policies,” your company should rethink your policies. I wouldn’t think you would send flowers/gifts/plants to your family members that look like the ones you send out and deem them acceptable. Refund people for your shoddy business practices.
Ordered flowers for my wife in Canada for her birthday. Paid an extra $20 for same day delivery. Flowers were not delivered and I can’t reach the call center. I have not seen my wife for 4 months. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I paid for making a wish bouquet. Never been so embarrassed could have done better at the grocery store. It was supposed to be birthday flowers for my 87yr old mother
I have ordered on Mar 6 for flower and delivery on Mother’s day Mar 9 (3 days ahead). However I did not receive it until 22:45 PM when everyone went on bed and quit waiting for the flowers. I have tried both live chat and call center but has no answer.
Contacted this morning and was informed since it was delivered there will be no refund, not even an apology. Your delivery policy is ” Regular Delivery (Next Day) $14.99 Orders will be delivered between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. for residential addresses, and between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.?
My daughter ordered (what looked to be a beautiful bouquet) online for me for mothers day and what i received was something completely differently. She spent money on supersizing the order as well. i have never seen such UGLY/WILTED flowers in my life. Chat is no help and very rude, and hang up when they can’t answer your questions. The flowers were too arrive on Friday instead they came end of day Sunday. I wish she had asked me before ordering as I would have told her to STAY AWAY from bloomex. Def NOT Canada’s National florist. We can’t even get a hold of anyone on chat to complain and NO answer at the number.
I ordered flowers, tulips in a pretty vase that were to have been delivered on Friday May 7, 2021. They were not delivered till Sunday May 9th . During those 2 days i was given the run around. Nobody could answer any of my questions and I’m still waiting for an email response. The flowers that were delivered were in very poor quality and not even remotely similar to what I ordered. There was no vase and no tulips. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone and on the off chance you do they just keep apologizing but do not answer any questions
Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered a bouquet that came decaying and slimy for Mother’s Day. I emailed and received a response saying I would hear back within 24 hours. I did not. I contacted the live chat assistant who keeps telling me that they will forward my complaint to management. They can’t help me. When I looked up the return policy it says that the product should be back within 3 days from the time they were received. I feel they’re stalling for those 3 days. I took pictures on day 1 and sent an email. On day two I chatted with the live chat assistant. We’ll see what day 3 brings.
I ordered flowers online to send to my mother for Mother’s Day May 2021 and they were not the flowers I ordered as she sent us a picture of the one they delivered to her on Friday May 7.
Poor customer service / delivery service
I ordered a birthday flower arrangement on April 28 for delivery April 30.
It was not delivered. I called many times and spent hours on hold and left messages. I also sent a number of e mail to inquire and no response at all.
I engaged in the live bot chat with Jon I was given a tracking number and upon following this up the order remained
“in transit” mode until May 3.
On may 3rd a very sad looking wilted arrangement was delivered so needless to see very disappointing and frustrating.
I will think twice before using Bloomex again.

How convenient to have a policy whereby you offer a delivery window of 9-12 and when you can’t deliver as promised all valentines orders are consider Final’. You’ve just lost a customer. Faster to pickup from local florist around the corner
Thank for messing up Valentines for my wife and I. Oh yeah, that’s right she didn’t know there coming yet. Guess we’ll wait till 6 to see if they arrive and if my BP is 130/165.
