About Bharatgas
Bharatgas is the product of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL). BPCL is an Indian Government controlled oil and gas company based in Mumbai. Bharat Gas has been rendering services for more than 3 decades. It is headed by the Executive Director (LPG) Satwant Singh.
The products from Bharatgas include:
*Industrial LPG :- By providing the indispensable raw material LPG to a variety of industries Bharat Petroleum plays its bit to the perfection of the end product. Some of the industries using LPG are poultry, textiles, confectioneries, Pharmaceuticals, glass, hotel industries etc.
*Auto LPG :- Bharat Petroleum is the fore runner in setting up of an Auto LPG Dispensing Station (ALDS) and run vehicles on LPG as a pilot project in Delhi in October 99. Today 79 ALDs have been set up in different cities. And thus Bharat Petroleum has contributed its significant bit to control pollution as LPG is a cleaner fuel than petrol or diesel.
*Pipes LPG :- This is another initiative of Bharatgas that aims on supplying LPG through pipeline network from a centralized cylinder bank or bulk installation to the customer’s kitchen. The fact that this system leads to the elimination of the hassles involving the handling of bulky cylinders has led to its quick adoption by various mega housing project developers.
*Bharat Metal Cutting Gas :- BMCG acts as a cheaper substitute for acetylene by providing high quality cutting at incredibly low cost. BMCG is the preferred choice of customers like SAIL, BHEL, BEML, Cochin & Hindustan Ship Yard etc.
Already a business giant catering to the needs of 3 million customers, Bharatgas aims to increase its market in both rural and urban India by applying different business strategies to attract the diverse public. To attract the large urban market with highly sensitive customers, Bharatgas has introduced the concept of e-booking by launching the website www.ebharatgas.com. The website allows the customers to book the LPG gas cylinders online and also provides a feedback system that is highly sensitive to the whims of customers. Far flung rural areas are catered to by the Bharatgas Rural Marketing Vehicles (RMV), comprising of tank truck and the mobile filling unit. These RMVs service rural areas, where the traditional distributorship network was not present. Bharatgas aims to target not only individual consumers from rural and urban areas but also the commercial industries. Bharatgas has introduced various pack sizes to suit the needs of different industries.
The company’s mission is “To make Bharatgas a dominant brand in the segments we market, by becoming trendsetters in Customer Service, Safety and Quality.” Reach the Bharatgas customer care for queries on its products and services.
We have booked the gas on Sunday 4th November still I have not visited my gas. Whenever we call your representatives in quality gas service in mumbra girls in the customer service are just saying it will come today but it does not make any sense if you are giving false commitment to the customer. Today when we have spoke to the representative (girls) in the mumbra office on this number 8655050044 they disconnect our call & switch off the phones. When we try to call again the phone is off & no one is answering the number 8655050055.Pathetic service you are giving to the customers
Can you do something in this case or we will transfer our gas service to dombivali.
