I would like to start off with saying that I shopped at your store as a regular customer. Due to poor service at one time, the manager there Joanne had promised me the the Christmas story leg lamp #40480343. It was on sale for 69.99 and I was to get 50% off of that as I waited and waited. Apparently they never came in and still waiting. Now in the past year within a few months I was there at Halloween. There is these towels on for eight dollars…when I went to the cash they end up being $20 when I went with the manager (who I have a picture of) to the towels she quickly ripped the tags off, crushed them in her hands and said I’ll give you 25% off, that’s all she can give me and she didn’t honour the price that they were marked at. Now I just recently went to the store and there were these Christmas ornaments they were in shapes of alphabet and they were $2.50 with a sign all Christmas items 30% off, when I proceed to go to the cash register they didn’t come up at $2:50 but $5.00. She priced out at 2.50 however something about not being able to give me the extra 30% off. She used a regular coupon of 20% off on one item, very confusing to say the least. I initially went to the store to get the lampoon Christmas items that showed in your flyer. However, your store did not have them in either. The frustration has been overwhelming like the merchandise not labelled right, promises not kept.
