Absolutely useless. I paid for next day delivery, i am still waiting nearly 3 weeks later. Cannot speak to a person only email, to which you get an automated reply back saying they will be in touch in ten days time. Asked for a refund to be told – as the product has left they will refund the amount i paid for next day delivery, nope still waiting. When i track my product on their site it says it is being dispatched and they will be in touch with an update shortly.
I ordered Christmas presents I need for this weekend 11 days ago, it said delivery would take between 2 days and 5 and quite honestly I’m fuming. There is no information on the app nor have I had any emails regarding my package apart from the payment email. I need this package as soon as possible.
Have tried to contact beauty bay over 2 months ago and still keep trying as no one has contacted me. I paid £249 for my product and it’s faulty. I want my money back but still no one has responded, I will never buy anything from here.
I ordered 3 items but I received only 1 item. I tried to call them but the phone call were not available. The website is really horrible. Its happened few times with me. Now I’m fed up. The customer service also really bad. I emailed them but they said it will take 10 days to get back to me. I’m a makeup artist and I need my products. My order number is 6WOA-WZ84-O28K-U.
Terrible terrible terrible company, ordered my goods 5 weeks ago only to be told 3 weeks later that there was a problem with the order and that I would be refunded and if I still wanted the goods I would need to reorder them. 2 weeks after they said I would be refunded I have still not received it!!! I have emailed 3 times with no response and you can’t get hold of anyone to speak to either. Avoid this company!!!!
I am very confused. They say you have a live chat option to Beauty Bay Cosmetics however I couldn’t find one and when I did click on the bot I asked to speak to a live agent and they said we’ll send a message and we’ll get back to you soon as possible that my friends is not a live chat okay! That is automated service. I am looking for a live person a real live human being so that I can talk to them because the bot just ain’t cutting it! I live in the US has anyone else had this problem? And if so what did you do about it because I don’t know how to dial outside of the United States
Could someone contact me in regards to when my purchase will arrive? I tried to email you and it requires a postcode and my postcode from the U.S.A is not working.. ugh!! I don’t want to dispute this charge with my credit card company, but I am feeling that this may be a scam as I can not reach anyone in your company.
I have not received my items in over 2 weeks. Highly upset and just want my money back but can’t get ahold of anybody. This is ridiculous I’m never buying from here or referring anyone
