I would to draw your attention to non-delivery by mail of my credit card monthly billing statement for the last 3 months ( January, February and March ) of this year 2019. I have received advance text messages during these months that the said billing statements had already been dispatched by mail to my agreed mailing address. As such I am forced to make payments promptly based on lat received billing statement.

I have a joint account with my wife under your Kabayan Savings in SM Bacoor Branch. Me and my wife is presently working in Cyprus and sending money to your SM Bacoor branch. My son informed us that we have to update our ATM card since he cannot use my ATM card on a touch screen ATM. I would like to know if my son can update our ATM cards since both of us are working abroad and if so what are your requirements. I tried calling your toll free number but to no avail. I wanted to complain on my billing statement for my credit card. I haven’t received the bill for 3 months now. My father kept calling your customer service but never had any good outcome, never give the outstanding balance nor promise to deliver the bill. I am not expecting any late charges or interest in these account since your company is the one liable in case it incurs any.
Contact me as soon as possible and provide the billing statement. And revert any interest or late charge incurred if have as I have not received any bill to make the payment.
I would like to seek your assistance regarding poor BDO ATM machines here in Walter Mart Bicutan. Please relay my message to the catering BDO branch of ATM terminal ID 844471 located here in Walter Mart Bicutan. It always shut down and hold the ATM cards inside of our shoppers. Today, May 19, 2018. We have 6 cases of ATM cards stacked inside your machine. This is so disappointing seeing customers mostly using their payroll ATM withdrawing and then stacked inside your ATM machine? Hope to hear from you. Thank you!
