It is really frustrating that such reputed company is doing such fraud. Dont they realize that they are loosing their business with such bad reviews. I had placed the order on 29th Mamatha and the delivery date mentioned on the tracker is May 26th .
So far there is no sign of shipment! Neither able to get the customer care nor replying to the email!

Donโt order anything from Awok. Very poor and unprofessional service. I have ordered one product on April 29th next day when i tracked the shipment it was dispatched and ready for delivery and i was expecting delivery on May 2nd from that day i was continuously try to call customer support no, i have sent several emails,customer live chat,contacted whatsapp no but nobody replied yet. I have already made the payment as well.. at least somebody could have replied me or updated me.So donโt go for Awok any more and donโt recommend to awok to anyone.
First of all I was really disappointed with your service, I ordered 3 packages last 3rd of March and all of it was cancelled, and all the payment was taken out from my credit card it was billed and I already paid it. I called a lot of times and every time I call they’re telling me that it will be return after 5 working days, I sent lots of email and provided all reference number but no one ever get back to me, and now itโs already 2 months and I didnโt receive anything yet. They said over the phone itโs gonna be refunded but no one is taking care of this issue. funny how you update you social media without atleast updating the customers first.

NEVER EVER take anything from this website. I chose 26 items and I received a completely different order. They made the mistake and didn’t even bother to do anything. When I complained, they told me to give them everything back and pay for it as well. This is so SHAMEFUL. I will never ever make that mistake again. Banish this website if youre new. I prefer Daily!
I cancelled my order. How do I get my money back? I cancelled the order because I will be in the country on the delivery date. I paid with credit card. I had ordered from your website and u had promised to deliver the product on 26 December, but then u changd the date, and iwas patient with u. But now the delivery date has simply disappeared. Spontaneous delivery before tomorrow, I tried to call, to email, to raise a private complaint, but all your services are simply inefficient. So you have me no choice but to do this. Very Poor service, need more expertise in their customer service team. Not listening to customer, keep repeating the same and irritating. Delivering damaged product but unwilling to accept the fact that it has been delivered damaged. Customer service said we need to take as is, can’t take complaint or return as it has not been noticed within same next day. If you open the pack next day and report 1 days late then won’t accept if it is old damage. Poorest service.
I placed an order for wireless charger since the 12th July and I was charged for it already but until now I still didn’t get my order because it is out of stock but it didn’t say out of stock when I place the order initially. AWOK shouldn’t have charged me for something that is not available. I spoke to customer service but the service is very poor, you should train well representatives on how to give good customer service. She doesn’t have any clue on how to resolve the issue at all. Very poor customer service I could have given her 0 instead of 2.
I made a purchase for several items few days ago and I paid the full amount of course; you then cancelled half of my order without explaining the reason nor providing the refund.
I inquired by email but no answer; I tried calling but no answer as well.
Thatโs a great way to deal with customers; top notch customer service; congrats!!

I have placed an order with Awok on 24.04.2019 and from then it showing that order is in delivery. I raise complaint on their website but not get satisfactory answer. customer service not supporting. Also many time i received damaged items. I suggest to all not place any order with Awok.
Bad service! Customer care number and customer support through the app is creepy, doesnโt go through. My order supposed to be delivered within 6 days of placing order but itโs been 10 days and I canโt contact their customer care. I think I lost money to try awok.com
Better not to order again. What you delivered is incomplete and you did not even inform me that those items are not available. The driver did not even return my changee. He took the money and left.
Don’t ever by anything,specially electronics, they deliver used goods and faulty battery, upon complain they collect the item promising to solve the issue in max 6 weeks, despite of several phone calls they don’t bother to attended to the problem even after 3 months. On persistent efforts they all agree to deliver back the product assuring that their technical team has fixed the problems and its in good working condition, but u all be frustrated and disheartened to encounter the same problem.
I have placed a consolidated order of 3 items on 5th July2018. (Order number: 673769047-2). Today is 15th July. I have not received the items yet. Status shows that the the order is still under process. While placing the order it was not mentioned that the items are out of stock or limited. On couple of occasions I had called the customer care service and on both occasions, I have been informed that one of the items are out of stock. In that case, you could have sent the available items.You should have a minimum courtesy to inform your customers in case of any delay in sending the shipment. This is bad service from you.I am regular customer of Awok and definitely have to rethink about future purchase.
I have purchased 11 items , where I got only 9 , remaining two they are saying no stock , if no stock why awok is collecting the money from us. And very poor customer service. The higher management people should look into this ASAP.
I purchased a humidifier a couple of days back but unfortunately the atomizer is not working. i placed a complaint the next day after i received my order but after a few days, the status of the complaint is still processing but if you place an order, the processing only takes few hours. people, don’t fool your customers!
Be careful, if you purchase any items from this website without your knowledge they will arrange items from an international store and you will be trapped with customs clearance procedure. Their delivery agent will act in favour of you but all charges will be in your head. Not only customs charges they collect but also they will ask you their commission or more profit for delivery.
So, please double check before to opt the website purchase any valuable items from Saudi Arabia.

I have received my order on 23 july and the main item from the order was damaged(HP Mini Laptop 5103, Intel Atom Processor, 2GB Memory, 160GB HDD, 10.1 Inch Screen). This laptop has faulty battery and very much used .
I put a complaint the same day but didn’t get any response till now.
My expected traveling on this this Friday(28th July2017).
Expecting a solution before this day.

I placed the order a week ago, the agent had called me and said that your items will be delivered 3-4 days, but status still showed in process. When I called customer support now they said your order on hold due to few items on out of stock! If I didn’t follow up with them I never came to know that my order on hold?I agreed that the Awok service is so poor? Never recommended to buy products with them. I don’t now how to get money back from them as I paid through credit card
I placed an order on 22 jun, and today got to know that was cancelled! While calling the call center I was told that my order got cancelled as I did not answer their call. Sorry to say but why u are calling on Friday morning 08:30 and that also during Ramadan? If the order it’s placed already I’m expecting a call for delivery only, or at least try to call again but at different time not early morning if that’s required! I’m still waiting for the refund though.
