The Automobile Association (The AA) is UK’s leading provider of breakdown cover. It was founded by a group of motoring enthusiasts in the year 1905. The annual AA Breakdown Membership offers round the clock cover for breakdowns anywhere. If repairs cannot be performed roadside, the car will be towed to nearest garage. I have wasted about 15 mins trying to find an AA email address to which I can address a simple enquiry, without success. Why does the AA make it so difficult to contact them.
Yesterday evening i tried to do a webchat with the AA, but after spending considerable time logging in and asking my question, the machine said it was closed. Why not tell me straight away, rather than wasting my time thus?

I was charged £76.81 to renew my breakdown membership for the year 01/06/2017 – 31/05/2017 instead of the fee that I am paying for the last three years of £15.00, confirmed when I phoned you on 27 May 2017. Could you please correct this mistake and kindly refund me the difference of £61.81 in due course. I have the name of the person I spoken to who confirmed to me that he would update the fees to match that I have been paying for last three years. I am 74 years old=, hardly use my car, let alone call for breakdown assistance. Thank you and look forward to heard from you for a refund and explanation how this could have happened.
