Goods taking too long to arrive, and when enquired about them, I received the worst customer service ever. They don’t take responsibility for their poor service, and when you make a complaint with regards their service your emails are ignored. I have transcripts of all conversations I’ve had with them and all their emails, showing their poor service.
Worst company I had to deal with. On one order the engine oil bottle was leaking all over the box, on next order still didn’t receive it after more than 2 months and the customer service is useless, not willing to refund me saying they are waiting for the courier company to update them, although it’s been more than 3 weeks since they contacted.
