I ordered spec specific wheels that were sent with the wrong bolt pattern. The auto service place stated they were slightly off, not made properly. I tried to return them, but even though it was a defective product, they told me it would be a $200. restocking fee. I discussed with my insurance company who stated that they would just reimburse me. However, no matter who I can and discuss at Autoanything and it’s distributors (WHEELPROS) I was told they could not send me a proper invoice that included the Price paid. The distributors only have the amount of wholesale. Autoanything has the retail invoice, which they will not send regardless the months of trying to get a proper invoice. They sold a defective product, did not provide a proper invoice and can’t even be bothered to send one so I can get this covered by my insurance. It’s a loss of almost $800. This is worst company, worst customer service. How difficult is it to send an invoice with price paid?
I have spent “hours” on the phone listening to that “horrible” sound. Over and over and over
Your “we well call you back and you wont lose your place”, doesn’t work. Today I tried to talk to a supervisor and o I was told she would call me back. Not happening. Should have known better.
I am not a satisfied customer ordered my front and back seat covers from you in July received them in August one of the seat covers had a rip in it, reordered the bottom front seat cover, received it the end of August and it was the wrong design spoke to your customer service again the gentleman acted as if we were inconveniencing him, then again spoke to somebody September 5th who said they were sent I would receive my seat cover in between 10 and 12 business days it is now 25th of September. This is not acceptable nor the way business should be conducted. Very unsatisfied customer nor would I recommend your business, sincerely Mary Porter
