Germany has currently changed itโs rules to travel to Portugal and I have to cancel my trip to Portugal and my car reservation. I have tried to contact Auto Europe many times yesterday by phone but to no avail.
I understand the Terms & Conditions but I cannot start my trip due to coronavirus restrictions. This surely is not my fault.
I am not asking for the money back but a voucher or some type of refund. I travel to Faro monthly as I have an apartment there and I have used your services many times before and have always been very happy with the service. It seems very unfair that I am being penalized for something that I have no influence on.
