AT&T Digital Life is a home security and automation system that offers 24/7 monitoring and remote access. Launched in the year 2012, the service helps homeowners secure their homes with advanced technology and alerts emergency services if a security issue is detected. Users can receive text and email alerts and also access or manage Digital Life from smartphone, tablet or computer. The Smart Security package comes with recessed contact sensors, surface contact sensors, indoor siren, motion sensor and wireless keypad.
Digital Life allows to control door locks and garage doors, view live or recorded video, manage lighting and thermostats, among others. Not only can users arm or disarm security system remotely, it allows to set unique PIN codes for access and even alerts if the door is left open. Additionally, get access to real-time live video or recorded video to track any forced intrusion.
The Premium Security and Automation package includes a smart thermostat, two indoor smart plugs, three temperature and water sensors, a smoke sensor and even a glass break sensor. Users can customise a plan directly on the website.

My experience Echo’s that of Dianne from above. I have been left in shock and awe even from a supervisor who claims to be “the dispute resolution department”. She is the whole department denying me a refund for not providing ANY SERVICE. Our system we have been paying on auto pay for 3 years. This past year has not been working. I have scheduled and been cancelled on for service 2 times now. Decided to cancel our service. Request just this past months fees be removed as we have been actively trying to get service. She tells me no. She also tells me ATT does not cancel appointments, they reschedule. Why would you reschedule? I’m not asking for the last year of services not rendered over $500. I’m just asking for 1 month $40 . REALLY terrible customer service.
I have to write back that my issue has been resolved! I guess I have been frustrated from issues poorly handled one year ago. It seems things are changing there but I was so angry I was not able to see it. There has been a lot more effort to help and despite my hostility they came through. I will not be hostile and am willing to continue with Att due to the definite changes in customer service that I am now experiencing. Just would like to see more coordination between Att and digital life
The att service is appalling. I have had nothing but problems and att acts like it has two different companies att digital life and att. They are poorly coordinated . Att digital life has the worst customer service -Att is better . BUT I VIEW ATT AS ONE COMPANY so I do not like ATT . Att digital life life has extremely rude customer service including unprofessional supervisors. They lack people skills , honesty and any concern for customers. As soon as I can I will drop this service and I will and wil remain a negative marketer for your company which has led to my constant frustration
