I ordered the 30 Days to a Healthier Living Challenge a six weeks ago and started my cleanse four weeks ago. I paid for the full 30 days, which included the Vanilla & Chocolate Shake Mix, two boxes of the Fizz Sticks, a bag of Fiber, Digestion Plus and the 7 day cleanse. I never received the 7 day cleanse after calling the Customer Service multiple times. The way the diet is set up, you do the 7 day cleanse on the third week. I called and let them know that I was missing my 7 day cleanse and that I wanted to make sure that I received it in time to do the cleanse when I was supposed to. The cleanse is the whole purpose of the diet, so without all of the important components, the process is not complete. I paid over $260, not including the $29 that I paid to become a a preferred customer. Each time I called, I was told that the product was on back order and although it was unfortunate, there was nothing that could be done. I was told this by 5 different people, two of them being supervisors. However, my son ordered the product while I was waiting on my product that was supposedly on back order and he received it within days. It has been six weeks and I have not received my 7 day cleanse yet. Obviously, I was not able to do the diet the way that it was intended. I was never returned the money that I spent for the 7 days cleanse either. Anytime from this point forward that I am asked about Arbonne, I will tell people what happened to me. I will let people know that I actually paid for a product that was never sent to me, regardless of how many times I called about the product. I am amazed that such a large company would run their business like this, without care or concern for their clients, while taking payment for products that they never deliver.
Since I have been a preferred client my favourite products have disappeared from the line. I love the sea source line, as well as the aroma creams scrubs and body wash. They are great for gifts and I have highly recommended them to friends. The replacements are much smaller. Blush and lipstick in my colours also gone. I am very disappointed. When I called costumer service the response was basically…too bad. Also there was a special promotion advertised until the end of June that was not available. Don’t advertise if it is not available.
