Apple Music is a popular music streaming service launched in the year 2015. The service by Apple Inc is available for a subscription for users across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. The service is available for access on macOS, iOS, tvOS, watchOS, Windows and Android. With Apple Music, you can discover songs and add them to your playlist to listen any time of the day. With an individual membership, you can access Apple Music on all devices. Apple is even offering a free three months trial for users who are just starting. The three membership tiers you will find consist of Individual Membership, Family Membership and Student Membership. Payment for subscriptions can be made using debit/credit card and gift cards. With just a single membership, you can use Apple Music on iOS, Apple Watch, Apple TV or PC. All the songs are stored in the library on iCloud. Apple Music allows unlimited downloading for members. The family membership allows up to six people to access the service. If you are a student, you can register for the student membership (your student status will be verified). My husband was subscribed to apple music by mistake (Apple’s or his, it is not clear) and Apple cannot unsubscribe him. Have now spent 20 minutes on their website and 40 minutes with customer support and they cannot solve the problem. We never wanted apple music because it doesn’t work on the cell phone and we prefer our music delivered by other means. Perhaps the only recourse will be to contact our credit card and have them refuse the monthly charges for the rest of his life.
