My Ice maker in my Whirlpool refrigerator has been out since May 22nd, 2019 and you have send 2 different service companies to look at it and order parts to replace the problem(Ice maker not producing ice) and still it does not work. I have contacted the phone number provided for service(call center)all this week and they want to send the first company that service the refrigerator for a second opinion and he will not return the call center phone call or e-mail and also will not return my calls to him. I have been with your company for 3 years and this is the second incident that I have incurred with your company that has been a bad situation. How can you resolve my problem. Please advise.
Thank you for sending serviceman out to work on my air conditioner. I find it interesting that I was charged $45( I read your message about R-22), plus the $ 75 service call, for one pound of refrigerant and he did not look at my entire unit ( inside and outside). I was less than pleased with the service, although my home is tolerably cool right now. I had another person at the home and she failed to mention a concern about the drain line that is presently allowing condensate to drain on my floor inside. Generally, when one of your service representatives checks on a system they check the entire system and have never done a “quick- fix” with other visits..Service person was there approximately 20 minutes. This being a 4 year old system, ( technically still under warranty,)one would have thought it would have held its charge, even in West Texas! I had already paid $250.00 to charge the system when it was installed, so the question becomes is there a leak in the system?
I entered a service request on 6/7/19, two weeks ago. Last week a compressor was diagnosed as the faulty part, it was ordered by AHS, or so I was told. I called multiple times to ensure the part was ordered and delivered to the appropriate location. The technician, Heat and A/C Guy, went to pick up the part today, two weeks after I submitted the request and was told a part was never ordered. I have called AHS no less than 10 times to confirm my request was being addressed, it has been, but I was promptly charged the $125 and continue to pay my bill on time. I have been told multiple times that no supervisor are available to assist, the AHS technicians that answer the phone do not speak English well and it is difficult to understand them and they lack customer service etiquette as well as professionalism. I would like the compressor overnight-ed to the technician, my $125 fee refunded, any Freon charges covered by AHS and 6 months of coverage at zero cost to me for the complete inconvenience I have experienced throughout this service request as I have been a paying member for multiple years now. Now the website is saying the request is complete, it is not.
