About Allstate Arena
Allstate Arena is an indoor stadium located in Rosemont, Illinois. Opened in the year 1980, the arena regularly hosts basketball, ice hockey, arena football, wrestling and live concerts. It can accommodate up to 18,500 guests. Allstate Arena is home to NCAA’s DePaul Blue Demons, AHL’s Chicago Wolves and WNBA’s Chicago Sky.
Tickets for events can be purchased at the Box Office or online through Ticketmaster. The Allstate Arena Box Office is located on Lunt Ave. across from the north entrance of the arena. It is open Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm. Tickets can also be booked by phone by reaching the Ticketmaster helpline. For season tickets, reach the individual teams directly.

I purchased, two tickets for the Kelly Clarkson with Kelsea Ballerini Concert, at Allstate Arena on Friday, February 22th, 2019.
What was supposed to be an amazing, concert for whom, I wanted to share with my girlfriend, but we
were instead constantly being rudely distracted and also pushed and kicked by, the 2 females sitting behind us throughout the time that we stayed for the event. To make matter worst they spilled their drink on me also forcing us to leave the show, before the main act appeared.
When the first singing act came out to start the show. The females would talk loudly the whole time, which, I understand this is a concert so I paid no attention to them, but then they started to kick my chair, along with those in front of them. Their obnoxious attitude escalated further to even spilling their beer on my clothing. They were out of control. The usher did not say or offer to do anything, the workers acted as if nothing happened. I was not able to watch the concert since my clothing was wet and this evening was ruin at this point.

I have been trying to get in touch with the manager, Pat, for days. The receptionist keepstelling me he is out, or in a meeting, but never available, because she knows it is about her. How can I get in touch with the manager in charge of the Operator?
Just got out of Marvel live and we had the worst experience at this venue ever. I am super upset at how everything was conducted today. We get there and only 1 door was open. By the time we got inside the show has already started and been on like 20 minutes! It took us forever to find out seats because there was no usher in our section and it was dark. We got to our seats about 10 minutes before the first half was over. We paid enough money and got to the venue early. There should not have been any reason that we missed half the show. It was a surprise for my son’s and he missed most of it. Then, it takes almost an hour to get out of the parking lot. I dont know what changed with this place but I’ve always enjoyed going there. This situation got me so upset that we pay for these experiences and you charge a ridiculous amount for everything and you hold back people from entering and cause us to miss the show! Very poor service today and hopefully this matter can be corrected.
